Had stopped ordering from there because of the same issues. Thought I would try again because of nostalgia. Ordered a 14 incher, with Pepperoni, Sausage, Mushroom, and extra Cheese. Got no Pepperoni, and extra Cheese. If it was Extra Cheese, then it was pitiful. Almost an inch from the crust? And looks like I ordered light cheese. Better pizza at Speedway.O
I ordered a sausage sub with double extra cheese.. received my sub and it had zero cheese. after calling an explaining the problem the answer I received was "we only charged you for regular cheese" and was offered a dollar credit. I not only drove 15 minutes each way to get the food but waited 30 minutes for it. Unfortunately I will be giving up my favorite pizza spot because of this. BTW the managers name was Jennifer.

I love Rigali's food, haven't had any complaints about it at all. The only problem I ever have had is that I can't ever get through to the to call in a order. It takes about 20 calls to finally get them to answer the phone. And by then I'm ready to call so eone else
We ordered delivery and by the time it got her most of it was cold. They forgot my daugters food, my sons chicken bacon ranch sub had hardly chicken or bacon. My chicken Alfredo was gross gross! Guess I should have just cooked!
The chicken bacon ranch pizza was absolutely delicious and the Yuengling was pretty amazing, as well! Great food and service combined! We will be back.

Absolutely horrible. Food was so bad but the wings in general were atrocious. And the “sampler” looked like someone heated it up in their microwave and was gonna sell it in Facebook Marketplace. Literally threw the wings out and ordered from somewhere else which is exactly what will happen next time from the jump. Sheesh.
The pizza was the best and the pizza egg rolls wow 10 out of 10 for me
A Lima legend for many a year.. can't beat a Rigali's pie! Salad or wings..I Remember skateboarding down town n swinging in there to get a bite to eat after a long day of skating all the sweet spots..
