Never had an issue until last night. Partner works 12 hour shifts so we ordered delivery when it was 2 degrees last night. Ordered same way we always do, text notifications, contactless, note to leave on swing. I get two texts, one for prep, one for on its way. For the first time ever, no delivered text. No website update. No knock on door. Nothing. We finally check outside 20 minutes after the ON THE WAY text and it's there and our food is frozen! I called the manager before we even tried to reheat it and she told me my complaints were irrelevant because it isn't Pizza Hutt policy to notify you when it's been delivered. So why do you charge a fee for a delivery service if this is just a courtesy? And why have every single one of the other drivers texted or called? And why isn't this policy? And why do you even have a text update option? The only part I care about is when it's delivered. Will never order from again with this 'manager' in charge. The customer is wrong and she doesn't care
Pizza was poorly made and not cut. Paod for extra cheese they forgot and was not offered a refund or a way to make it right.. Was laughed at on phone and hung up on.. Very poor customer service
The pizza was not completely done. The crust was soft around the edge. The inside under the topping the dough was not completely done.
My order was delivered hot and tasted great. Super friendly delivery staff.
I tried thegarlic and parmesan sauce it was really good.
The cheesy bread was burnt around the edges pretty bad Pizza didn't taste all that great neither it was so bad my kids ate one slice and they said they was done because they didn't like it.
The pizzas & mini Cinnabon's were yummy
The dough was fresh. Pizza tasted really well. Decent customer service each time
Actually put sauce on my pizza and actually provide sauce in a cup for my breadsticks and not take forever to deliver it would be what you could do
