Not to bad. I had the cheese steak sub. My mom had the Italian. They both came out piping hot. Mom didn't like her sub, said it hadn't flavor. Mine was decent although I ordered it with mayo and I'm pretty sure it has no mayo. The natural cut fries were o.k. I'm not a fan of natural cut fries to begin with. The large fry size is way to big. Fries come in a cup.
Food was good,, several of the orders were messed up and incorrect and unfortunately the girl taking the orders was little miss attitude must have been having a bad day
Great food and location. The freshly made fries are delicious! They have business hours that accomodates those who stay out lster on the weekends. Service was very nice.
I had the hot Italian sub and the cheesy bread. Food was delicious! And that cheesy bread I've been craving since I went! I will DEFINITELY be back!

My wife came in tonight to place our order I've worked in restaurant for years in management and as a GM the restaurant closes at 10pm there were no guests in the building the two ladies had all the equipment shut off and said our food would take forever to be ready she came in 915 to order......we never complain because we both completely understand how everyone is short staffed and overworked but to be completely closed down and have all equipment turned off 40 mins before you close is a little ridiculous.....both ladies were outside smoking when my wife pulled up and as soon as she walked up upset with the service the ladies walked right back out to continue smoking.......this is my favorite sandwich place to eat in Lima.....please get this under control......as my wife walked out the put the close sign up as well.........which was 30 mins before actually closing time!!!!!!!

Excellent food that is unfortunately tainted by employees that frequently express a negative, stressed, and frustrated attitude. You are made to feel unwelcome and as if they would be happier if you weren't there at all. It's making it more difficult to bear the visit.
Will never eat at subway again. Their bread is especially good. You can reheat the other half the next day and it isn't all hard on the outside and soggy on the inside.
How do you partially back bread and finish baking when the customers sandwich is made. Even when you wanted a cold sandwich. I had to give mine away. I have a buy one get one free for them but I will give it away.
