For a place who advertises freshness and quality food you would think their salads would be fresh. I was very disappointed with my visit yesterday. I ordered a Cesar salad we got it fast but all the lettuce was brown and rotten. My hubby went up to ask for it to be changed out and they said that was all they had and every salad had the rotten mix in it. Management was rude and didn’t even say sorry or seem to care they where selling expired lettuce for 12 dollars. Not to mention the cashier sold me a piece of bread I did not ask for for a dollar. It’s only a dollar whatever but I do not eat bread so I got charged for a rotten salad and a piece of bread I threw away. Definitely won’t be back and check your reciepts they charge you for stuff without asking if you want it.
(this is coming from a current Panera employee from an out-of-state location)This is by far the worst Panera I’ve been in.The cashier seemed very upset about taking our order, and was generally very rude to my family. The cafe was not busy (on a Monday morning + we were the only people in line).I asked for my bagel to be left untoasted, and then she proceeded to toast it. She also forgot to give us our pastries at the counter, and seemed unhappy to be servicing anyone. Our parfait was made-to-order and was left half full with the granola mixed in. They also made our frozen caramel cold brew wrong, leaving out the caramel. All of the teas/lemonade/iced coffees were nearly empty, and clearly not made with the correct concentrate-to-water ratios. Some of the bubblers didn’t have the proper parts inside either, so the teas were not getting circulated in the machine. The bathroom walls were also very dirty, and within the hour and a half we spent in the dining room, I only saw one employee run through to wipe tables.I doubt this location could pass an audit.
Trash! I ordered a Caesar salad from you today and the lettuce was literally all brown and soggy the chicken was slimy. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had here..Panera is not cheap and I had to throw my entire salad away..not happy!
Staff were complaining about not wanting to be at work and food prep area was an absolute disaster. One employee, the one who handled my bagel, kept complaining and said she hoped she didn’t have COVID. I hope she’s okay.
It took 42 min for them to make a cup of coffee at lunchtime. The order was wrong and I was not alerted when it was ready. I saw 3 staff standing around when I walked in, so I am certain the poor service isn't due to lack in staffing.
Had a gift card for here for probably 3 years. It was good, but too much bread for my liking.
Coffee was cold and then both regular and decaf were empty. Half and half empty too. Advised staff member and she snorted back that she would fill half and half. When told about coffee she said she'd have to brew some and grabbed the big pot. She was obviously not happy and we all could see it. It was not real busy for a Sat. morning. Looked to be 4 staff members in front area. Everyone is short staffed in our area so I'm sure she was frustrated and having a bad day. Restaurant was generally clean. My husband and I will get our coffee elsewhere and hope for more smiles.
I don't usually give a bad review, and i understand accidents happen, but lately every time i come there, my order gets messed up, and the food hasn't been very good. The mac and cheese has been tasting dry and off. The frontega chicken sandwich tasted weird and like canned chicken. This used to be my favorite restaurant, but lately I've been unimpressed with everything i get here so i don't go as often anymore
Coffee was lukewarm. They switched them out with pots that had been sitting and were just barely above lukewarm. I told the young man who switched them out and he was a bit upset. Tested it but did nothing about it. I just walked out no point arguing about it
Fast and friendly and good amount of variety of foods and beverages
