This McDonald's goes above and beyond each and every time we visit. They are polite, they bring the food to the table with a smile knowing they aren't being tipped as per most restaurants, which I get because McDonald's is a chain restaurant, however, I've personally worked in customer service for years myself and I have never seen a better team at any fast food establishment. You guys are doing something right!! ?
Absolutely the worst place to go to for food and service hadmy order screwed up last week and was told that my next order was to be free so I went back on Sunday to get food and they said they didn't have me in the book which was a big lie so I told her she could keep her food will never use that incompetent run place again they to find someone that can run this place
Have your food preparers cover their mouths. Be social responsible. There are 500 species of bacteria there, including viruses. Food becomes tainted. Saliva does not belong on food items.
Ordered a single crispy chicken sandwich. 4 ingredients thats it. Chicken, sauce, pickles, and buns. They managed to not add the sauce. So I had chicken pickles and buns.
Waiting in the drive-thru line for longer than 3 minutes with no response; yet traffic in the second lane continued to move forward. Will not be returning to this location and neither should you if you value your time.
Store was dirty as all get out, food laying everywhere. Order was wrong as expected so we checked before we left so not to have to come back. They did make order right but food was prepared sloppy an definently did not taste fresh! With as dirty as this place was I wouldn't be surprised if they have bugs, like most of the McDonald's in this area tho!
Placed an Online order through the app at 7pm March 18th, was told it wasn't in the system, then was told they found it almost an hour later. Not coming back to Shawnee McDonalds again.
Placed an order from the app went to the drive thru said there open till 12 went at 11 and noone was there at the window and lights were turning off fix your time
Staff are always friendly and typically pretty fast service as well.
Make sure you check your order every time you go.... Also if you want napkins, ketchup - ANYTHING other than the exact thing you ordered - you better ask - and you better check!!
