Went thru drive thru ordered, paid, got to the window they gave me wrong food, I had to go inside to get my right order, got home, my fries were cold, my 2 deluxe quarter pounder had only a little lettuce on it, a tiny piece of tomato!
Went to get a breakfast sandwich and 2 cups of coffee inside the cable road McDonalds in Lima. We ordered at the kiosk.After sitting at the table 12 minutes we thought it is taking a long time for coffee and a sandwich. I went up front and someone was walking to kiosk to help someone and I asked if they had our order. She didn’t look at me but said yes as she walked past. I noticed a sandwich on a tray but no coffee and asked for a manager. She came up front and I said we were tired of waiting and wanted a refund. Without saying she was sorry for the wait or seeing where our order was, she went to the register and gave me a refund. I went home and looked at my Master Card Charge. Instead of a refund, she charged me a second time??!! And they were different prices. I will never go back to this McDonald’s! Customer service is lacking!
We have been waiting for our food for 45 min now and nothing has come up to our table yet. This is just such a bad service fast food chain.
This place sucked. I ordered 2 Large drinks and it took them longer than 10 mins. There was people there that was waiting20 mins for just a large fry. When I said something to them the lady told me that she worked in drive thru but was over by us yelling at the workers that do this and that. When I did speak to the person doing the pick up area inside he told me he was just a crew member. They would not and must not have known who the Manager was because we still did not get to talk to them. So not visit this store. I would give it negative stars ifitwas available.
They don't make orders correctly. Or give receipts to customers. Will never go to this McDonald's location ever again... Thrash employees didn't give me my hotcakes in my big breakfast and I got a super greasy hashbrown ? Terrible service at this location.
Awful staff, they don't even acknowledge customers standing in their lobby. Walk past you multiple times and don't take your order. Or payment for the order you placed at the kiosk. Worthless. These stores shouldn't even be open anymore.
Best service in awhile. Kudos to the girl at the 2nd window. Gave her $5 for being so pleasant
Went to the drive thru after work this morning at 630 am and was ignored completely by the staff inside. Blonde in the window just acted like i was not even there and continued to fill the lids for drinks. Unreal!!!!! Never got to order food.

I have been going to this drive thru almost everyday for the past week and Everytime I do my small fry is extremely small like the kids fry. The crew people are not very friendly at all. They do not greet you at the speaker only to say can I take your order. Then by the time you get to the food window they are not friendly either.
