Absolutely the worst service. The girl gave my husband our food and they forgot a fry. He asked for it and sauce and her attitude was awful! So I asked her what the problem was and why she had an attitude and she said “I don’t what’s the problem”. I don’t understand why people are so hateful for no reason. This is exactly why I don’t go to McDonald’s anymore unless there is NOTHING else. Do better McDonald’s!!!
We tried a mobile order. Waited 15 minutes before I walked in to check on it. I walked into a lobby full of customers and no staff at the counter. After flagging down a young worker to ask her about it, she mumbled about her manager being busy. I really wanted to give her a lesson about customer service, but didn't. The manager finally came over and told me they didn't get the order but she was able to pull it up by the order #. So I waited another 8 minutes. almost 25 minutes for a mobile order...so much for the speed of the Internet?
On our way to to a college visit for our daughters and passing through Lima at 10:30AM 4/30. Waited in drive-thru line, placed our breakfast order, had to repeat it twice, got up to line and were missing hot cakes. Instead of taking care of the customer and getting them for us, they told us no they couldn’t. Asked for line manager since she was the one that advised this stellar customer service and she told us no they were too busy to get them for us and that we would have to go back through the line or come inside to order! Told us it was our fault and we should have said the order was wrong then slammed the window shut. Um, pretty sure that is exactly what we are doing. Yes, this is seriously what happened - zero exaggeration. Very poorly managed location.
Ordered very slowly. FIRST thing we ordered was pancakes and when we got to get the food they weren’t in the bag so we politely asked if they could give us them. They said it didn’t say we ordered them, but it was clearly a mistake on them because we DID and we also couldn’t see the screen with the receipt so there was no way we could’ve known they didn’t get it down. So they told us to get back in the line to re-order them (keep in mind there’s at least 20 cars in the line behind us)… we said no and we wanted them then and now since we asked for them. Manager was incompetent, disrespectful, and clearly doesn’t know how to run a staff. Went in the store and ordered them on the machines while they blatantly ignored us because they knew they were in the wrong. Strongly suggest driving a few more miles to go to a mcdonald’s that runs how it’s supposed to and as a FAST food restaurant.
Shawnee Employees are So RUDE, and Smart Mouthed!!!! ? Shawnee McDonald's staff are so cocky smart mouthed and rude they're workers lack professionalism every single time I go there after getting off work at 10pm the Drive thru horrible!! I'm done with going. I only went tonight they were packed I figured I would actually get a Hot Sandwich and Hot Fries. My food is always cold and old. It's so sad the way these kids are nowadays with no customer service skills Don't even Try to be Nice They. Only care about themselves and mishandling people is a joy to them. They are Lacking Character and integrity.
I walked in to place my order. They now make you manually place your own order on a touch screen kiosk. After I did that I still had to go to the counter to pay with cash. I wont go back. Its just a hassle. Im in there to be served not self serve myself. If all mcdonalds are going to this way. I will just simply stop eating at McDonald's.
They actually had ice cream. I had a hot fudge sundae. The sugar free iced coffee was a little weak.
Got fired before I could even start my job here at this McDonald’s because I had to quarantine for covid a few days after being hired in. I would like to mention that the day of my training I overheard a manager talking to an employee about giving her time off for a UTI, which is not something you normally give employees time off for. It’s safer to work with a UTI than covid. I had a doctors note for the management and this girl had nothing but her own words. Also, this Mcdonald’s serves the worst McDonald’s food in all the surrounding areas.
Getting any sort of food from this place requires a whole hour of your day. I’m writing this sitting in the mobile order parking spot waiting for my food. It takes at least 15 minutes every time and comes out cold or not put together. Don’t waste your time, go to Burger King or Wendy’s instead.
The service sucked and the girl that took my order and gave me my food dumped my COLD HARD FRIES in my bag and my fish sandwich was messy and not even put together correct... Won't be going to that location again
