Today they must have been short of several people. The drive thru was only 1 lane and it was backed up to the street! The vanilla iced coffee I ordered wasn't as good as it usually is either. Maybe they were just having a bad day. Great mocha frappe! The bacon egg and cheese biscuit is great too! Try their app it's great and you earn points for every purchase!
We had to use the machine to place our orders ( 4 people)We couldn't get them to work proper. The manager was very busy and couldn't help us. There weren't any workers available. We finally recieved our food. Was unhappy ?.
Burger was inedible way too much salt on itWhen notified manager he hung up on me and the girl taking our money was a complete snot..... rolling her eyes at me

I just went through your McDonald's on North West Street in Lima Ohio and you need to take your Coke machine and put it down again as the coke you are serving taste horrible.. weak... And needs fixed
