It's neat in there the only issue is they always give out cold fries,and the get upset when you request for a fresh, the manager will get it done without question but the workers,just microbe it or heat and give it back,that's not acceptable, kudos to the manager ,ypu doing a good job, get the staff in check
Sent to the 3rd window, ok that's fine. Got my food and then waited for 10 minutes on a frappe. Someone came out and said "excuse you, can you move on" I said no and that I've been waiting for my Frappe. They came out with it and the whipped cream had melted and they said "here you go the whip cream melted" and walked away. Didn't even get a straw.
The workers at northwest st are the rude I've ever in countered. Order wrong, basically threw bag at us. Had to wave them down for my soda while they stood there looking at us.. Finally got the soda but slammed window before we could ask for a straw or pepper. When I called they told me not their problem to go home and get one
Who doesn't love McDonald's French fries, am I right!!!! My grandson and I added a fish sandwich to our order when he decided to order some crazy drink, picture this a Carmel Frappuccino with crushed Oreos, and a Chocolate drizzle!!! That my friends is a sugar heart attack!!! I just whimped out and ordered a small strawberry ? shake!!!! It was great, I had a great time with my grandson!!!!!!
This McDonald's is surprisingly great at getting an accurate order out quickly and the staff are friendly. I have had very few issues with this particular location in recent years.
Food super salty the burgers too much salt remember to order no salt on the meat patties are they will be super salty
I placed my order but forgot to tell them no onions and when I remembered they remade my sandwiches without question had all fresh and hot. Appreciated the service.
Service can be a little better but McDonald's is still good.
Fast drive through and fresh food. Good iced coffees. The early morning staff are so sweet. I live in Shawnee and REFUSE to go back to the Shawnee location.
Love the new way of ordering inside, took me a couple of times to learn how to use it.
