Good lord, I don't understand how this type of food can be thought of so highly. It's bland, thrown together, and the fries were just not it. Kewpee's does not deserve the hype.Not worth the money, time, or lack of tasteStaying true to their dedication to the vintage restaurant atmosphere limits Kewpee's ability to feed the large amounts of people who love this food.
Always good even with some long wait times in line. All locations are good . A Lima institution going back to Stub Wilson directing traffic with a cigar in hand
We were looking for a fun hometown place to stop on the way from Cincinnati to Detroit and Lima was a great stop. We loved KewPee Hamburgers. The burgers were great I had them add banana peppers on mine which I loved. My 13 year old daughters and I had the regular burger, fries and a small shake and it was the perfect amount of food. Meet another customer in line and he told us the history of the place that basically Wendy's was founded off this place. It was really good, stop by and try it sometime.
?? Our first time at Kewpee and we loved it. When we saw the cars lined down the alley for the drive thru, we knew it had to be good! Love the simple menu! The hamburger was great as well as the fries! Chili and malt was just as amazing! The staff was very friendly and actually took pride in their work. We will be back next time in Lima.
Do yourself a favor go to Wendy's. So much fat in their meat. And Wendy's frosties are so much better. ?? Chili is too salty
The best burgers and fries! And shakes and pies!!! Clean, friendly atmosphere! Really fast service, especially considering the insane lines inside and at drive-thru. They definitely have a good system to get people taken care of!
This fabulous restaurant is always a stop when we travel thru the state. Old school cafeteria stye restaurant makes really good hamburgers. Thier pies is just worth the trip. I always get the lemon crumb. Very good.
This place is amazing. It is so inexpensive and has the perfect hamburger. Every time I come to OH I have to stop here. They always put the perfect amount of toppings on their burgers and everything always comes out cooked perfect and fresh.
