They sent us to go wait in parking spot one, which is Fine. Twenty mins later(and 15 cars later) they brought us are food. the girl that brought the food out gets to us and starts laughing and says sorry about the wait (with how hot our food was they defiantly forgot to make our order) We got home and it was all thrown together, wrap just set in the box.
Sat in line in same spot for 40 min. Ordered 2 double cheese burgers, 2 fries, 2 chicken sandwiches with cheese curds. Got clear home and there was one chix, 2 double cheeseburgers and 2 cheese curds. We called and the manager said we were wrong so we were stuck with our son eating and thats it because it wasn't enough for all of us. Thanks. No dinner for the parents so we make sure my son was full. My husband called a said get's he was given correct order. I drove up there Andi wanted one chix sand and I 1dbl burger with cheese curds ands and fries. They didn't offer any compensation for the mistaske
First time visit. The guy behind the counter must be in training. We were overcharge - instead of combo pricing he charged individually. He put down the order a number of times because the items were not there. Had to tell him numerous times to go get our drinks - he would start and then wonder off. Took forever to get the order. The food which had been sitting there was cold by the time we got it. The tenderloin was very dry and cold. the burger was nothing special. They get the 1 star because the corn nuggets were cold but very tasty and unique. would never go back.
I normally like this place but today I ordered a double cheeseburger meal with a chocolate chip milkshake. The milkshake was not chocolate chip and when I asked she said they now put hot fudge in vanilla ice cream and mix it and the fudge will chunk to make chocolate chips. No the last time I checked that's just a chocolate milkshake there was no chocolate chips at all. I was very disappointed ?
Their pineapple?? milkshake? is so delicious!! The ? shredded chicken sandwich, corn? nuggets & cheese curds? are yummy too. ???? The dining room in the Bellefontaine Ave restaurant could use an upgrade though. The booths are hard & small compared to the booths at the other locations. And, it looks kind of dingy, I think the floors are the culprit. Otherwise, happy daz is a neat place to eat with a retro atmosphere.
This was the most comically bad experience I've had in a very long time. The poor girl on front counter was in training, so none of this was her fault. We asked a question about modifying a menu item. No less than 3 other people came over to help try to figure out how to ring it in. Based on how the kitchen staff was reacting something wasn't right but it wasn't getting communicated to our order. After placing and paying for an almost $30 order a manager was called up because what was ordered was simply not possible. She was actually kind of rude about it and didn't really help come up with a solution. We ended up paying more because what they had suggested wasn't feasible. Then the kitchen forgot to make the item that had to be added on so we had to wait even longer. The food tasted ok though.we waited a very long time with lots of mishaps and poor service (again, not blaming the new girl, she didn't know). Likely won't be back.
I ordered cheeseburger, cheese curds, and onion rings. Cheeseburger was ok; a little on the dry side. Cheese curds and onion rings very greasy and soggy not crisp at all. Looks like they were in a hurry and didn't let them cook throughly. Not happy with the food but service was good.
You can count on this location on S. Cable for fresh food and courteous service. Stay away from the option in Elida. I have gotten bugs in a milk shake and scorched chili. Don't let that store deter you
I will never be back 2nd time trying happy Daz 2 different locations one in wapakoneta one in Lima both times I left because it took thirty mins to make a burger y'all say it's staff shortage well your customers pay your overhead so might wanna appeal to your customers. I'm tired of staff shortages being a reason to have poor service. First it was food shortages then no dine in now no staff how about this the business owner checks in on his staff and if their short staffed put on your big boy pants and get in the restaurant like your employees and help out I will never be back
Nice throwback place, malts are delicious, fresh great tasting food. Made to order, always worth the wait
