If I could give ZERO (0) Stars, I would. I will NEVER, EVER eat at another Happy Daz again. I would suggest, that others heed my advice. My husband and I went there and the young man that waited on us, got our order wrong, didn't bother getting us our order, instead, he fixed himself a dinner and sat down and ate it. He also screwed up 3 other orders while we were there. Another employee, a young lady, very nice, helped us, thankfully. None of this was her fault. Took 30 minutes to get our food which by that time was cold. The tables were all sticky and dirty. The manager was walking around taking inventory. Oblivious to the chaos around her. When I told a few people of what happened, they had similar experiences at a different Happy Daz. The owner I believe has too many irons in the fire. Maybe he should start caring about the reputation of all of his businesses ?! I intend to tell everyone not to go there. Terrible!!
had to wait a good 10 mins to even take or order and then had to wait a good 15 20 mins to get our food. and Lorenzo the dude who took our order is not good at remember anyones order and not good at listening to people order. and seems like he’s distracted. and seems like he doesnt now how to do his job. i highly do not recommend happy daz on west st. also the people infront of me ordered a shake but when i ask for a shake the shake machine is broke. and three people had came in from drive through with orders messed up.
The worst service that I have ever had I ordered a tenderloin combo with mustard and onion pepsi to drink and fries and I ordered a chili ok the first thing I didn't get my fries second they put mayo tomato and lettuce and third I got tomato soup my whole meal was messed up
Perfect! Delicious! Fresh! Best Fast food in town , without a doubt. Their #3 Tenderloin is out of this world .
I only gave a three coz I never got my sandwich. But my cheese sticks were good and my husband says his was great
Always go to West St. location because the one on Elida has always burned my food so bad that I've had to throw it out 3 times out of the 3 times I've been there. The drive thru takes forever but this time there was 1 car in front of me at the window and I had to wait over 10 minutes before they got their food. I get to the window-no apology. My food got cold while waiting on them. This could have easily been handled by having them pull forward. The food costs too much to put up with this!!!!!
I liked the variety on the menu, and everyone else on my paintball team liked most everything we ordered the fries were cooked in old oil, and onion rings were under cooked but mostly the rest was good.
Sausage biscuits and gravy took 13min with being the only one in line. Food was good when received. I will say the place was disgusting overall. Dirty tables and chairs, floor was filthy, everything was just grungy. I don't need a response from the owner....just clean it!
The lady that waited on us was super nice an helpful . How ever the lady that was cooking had blonde hair in a pony tale . When I said we don't want cold fries the ladyYyyy that waited on use ok I got you . When she told the cook she made then but slammed them done . She is to be fired. Very round person
Terrible food,,,wasted my money and still had nothing to eat....dry burger patty been sitting all day...should be ashamed who ever in that kitchen....Disqusting
