On occasion I stop here for lunch. I always enjoy the experience. the help there is very friendly and courteous and respectful I enjoy the food as well.looking forward to my next visit.

Messed up my order from the previous day, went through the drive thru for the replacement and waited for over 30 minutes. Very disappointed in the service and food.
The place had to get new workers it's horrible now except to wait over a hour to get your food.
Worst dining experience ever. “Fast food” took half an hour. Then she told us she’d bring us breadsticks. 15 minutes later we had to go ask for some. She kept saying they were really busy but people that came in after were getting their food before us, with breadsticks!!
I am highly upset! I used a mobile coupon to save money. Then the cashier WITHOUT MY PERMISSION gave herself a $5.00 tip!!! She didn't ask if it was ok,there was never an option to add a tip on my screen. I looked at my total before I put my card in then while looking at my bank account after I got home realized the totals didn't match. I found my receipt only to find she gave herself a $5 tip. Money was stolen from me! Something needs to be done about this immediately! And I'm not talking just mailing me a free food voucher. I have no interest in coming to that restaurant again!
It was a very good place to eat. I came as a large group and they handled us pretty good.
The environment was friendly but it seems like a ghost zone. If you are looking for a place to relax, quiet and some good food this is the place. The lasagna was dry and hard that is my only complaint. My family got pizza, bread sticks, ultimate pasta sampler, oven baked sampler, red velvet cheese cake and the frozen strawberry lemonade and all of it was great. The temp is perfect not to hot nor cold. Has a decent Playlist. Seems overall clean, table and booths are not sticky. Bathroom could use a little cleaning. Overall a great environment
Never had a bad experience with this place until last night. My alfredo was cold, but the rest of the food was good. Still a great place if you're in the mood for Italian while also in a hurry.
They were very busy but the staff was doing their best to keep the line moving. Food was hot & very good. Keep up the good work.
