First time going & wasn't sure if we were to seat ourselves and if you coykd sit anywhere or ??? as there was 3 seating areas and no greater . After about 5 minutes someone finally said hi and told us sit wherever. We sat and waited at table for another 5 + minutes for a waitress..wasn't sure if we waited to get drinks or if we just got up to go to the buffet ?? She took our drink order and said we were more than welcome to help ourselves to the buffet. We get to this "buffet " and it was very very small nothing was labeled if you had a food allergy ect you were playing Russian roulette cause you had no idea what anything was. Salad bar was tiny & dark had to put face almost in food to be able to see what was actually there to choose from and again nothing labeled (dressings) .. It was just not a good experience. If you were going to order off the menu & drink it may be alright but buffet NO NO NO and as a first timer not really knowing where to go or what to do .. NO .
We were in as a family. People at the bar and we were at a table in the bar area. The waitress yelled at us over the bar to say it was 10:30 and they are closed please leave. We then all got up, and the other employee asked why did you say that to them? She said because they need to leave. The other employee said then walk up dump there drinks. They will leave. Sorry we are regulars of Fat Jacks and love the place. However the service and comments are horrible. We are there as a family having pizza and beer which made fat jacks and to be treated this way sucks. The bartender which was red haired was super rude and made all the comments. Our waitress was trying to super us. The bartender cleared the enter bar in 1 minute after her rude comments.
