Your pizza is great! I see you have buffets? When and what times?
Not as great as it use to be. Ordered pizza, cheese bread, chicken, and a sub to go.2 pieces of cheese bread were OK, although burned a bit on bottom. Not sure what happened to the other two pieces- one was missing almost all the cheese, the other half.Pizza looked like they'd dropped and left a hot pan on it, burning top of two pieces.
Ordered two pizzas and they cared enough to put two completely burnt pizzas in the boxes and handed them out. Obviously don’t care about quality or customer service! Merry Christmas
The pizza buffet was really good and our waitress was very nice.
I am visiting from out of town and was really excited to come here again, it’s been a couple years. Cheese bread app burnt on bottom. Pizza came out burnt on top with very hard (old?) crust. 10-12 people in bar and 4-5 tables sat the whole time I was here, at 2:30 pm on a Saturday. I guess that should have been an indicator. Very slow to get initial service but, improved once server knew we were here. Odd things like having salt and pepper shakers on the table but red pepper and Parmesan cheese come out in little cups. Then, we ask for hot sauce and she brings out the industrial size bottle.Maybe next time I’m back I’ll go to the West St. location. Maybe their integrity has retained itself.
Knew I should have just ordered from the location on West St, but this one is closerto home. Ordered a 12” pizza with two toppings. Not sure why it is so tough for them to be consistent. One time it’s great, most times though - like this one - the crust is about 3 times as thick as usual, the cheese doesn’t go to the edge, too much sauce & burnt black at edges. Disappointed for sure.
Ordered a pizza kind of close to time they were closing for a teenagers 18th birthday party. Everyone loved it!
Call this store to try to see if I can speak with a member of management or possibly an owner after I got beat out of my money at the West Street location I was told one price over the phone and then when I went to pick up my order the food was almost double and it was made incorrectly this store told me to simply call back and they weren't willing to help me figure out who to talk to or what to do about it I will definitely not be fooling with any more fat Jack's locations in Lima the prices are high and the customer service is extremely bad

Best pizza pie in Lima and maybe everywhere. Light sauce light cheese, crispy and mushroom. Magnifique!
