Just went through your Chaska MN drive-thru. Obviously my cup was spilled. I could tell it was light, but look at the pathetic amount of my latte that they gave me. They couldn’t have added more when they spilled? And fast food workers want $20 an hour? Hell no!
11am Sunday morning the drive through had the whole back parking lot blocked off at the entrance. Wait time was forever and went into use the bathroom while I was waiting for my girlfriend. The front door is making everybody cringe with its awful sound and the bathroom toilet was clearful at toilet paper wouldn't even flush. TOTALLY DISGUSTING ! The $5 drink she got didn't even taste like and iced coffee just a lot of milk and ice!
Ordered from them once for delivery through Ubereats and the forgot 2 I had ordered my niece. No big deal. I reordered through ubereats because I wanted another coffee and ordered my niece her donuts. Uber cancelled the order because they though it wasn’t real. RE-ORDER a THIRD time they still didn’t send the donuts and sent the order that had been cancelled.On top of that the number on the website just give you a busy tone so you can’t even call in. This experience has been absolutely terrible
March 6th went inside the lobby with my family to order some icecream. After standing at the lobby counter for about 5 min looking at the menu the young lady decided to tell us lobby was not open to customers she said it twice and was very rude about it. This will probably be the last time I attempt to go to this restaurant.
Went there this morning and witnessed a woman working wearing a pink shirt Saturday morning picking doughnuts off the floor and back on the tray to serve customers. I just left and I won't come back.
Every time I go here my order is messed up & have to be pulled around & still messed up after they remake. Always out of stuff on menu & coffee is never right.. I probably won't be back.

Edit: never returning to this location. The morning staff downright have NO manners and no one can make a simple drink (that’s on their menu) the same way each time. I just came through to order an iced signature latte and got an iced coffee but paid for a latte. When I told one of the girls, she said “that’s fine”, grabs it and squirts whipped cream on top and hands it back. Still not the drink I ordered. I love Dunkin, but the wrong people are running this one.This is my go-to anytime I’m in the mood for an iced coffee or latte. I just wish the staff would make the drinks the same each time. I’ve been ordering the white chocolate iced signature latte and 3 times it has come with regular mocha drizzled on top of it (which I personally don’t like at ALL). When asked for it without, I was told it doesn’t come with regular mocha. The staffs knowledge of what they advertise is inept.As for the donuts, they’re small and the icing is dry/hard. They are presentable though and do have really cute icing designs.
This location is ALWAYS so nice! I love coming here. The staff is so friendly. I'm always either getting a compliment on my hair or clothes, or theyre just fun to chat with! They make my day so much better each time I visit.
This is the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. Bagel was super burnt and they put a literal tablespoon of cream cheese.
