We have never been to Donato’s pizza. The service and food was amazing! The owner was very nice and I was really impressed on how clean the restaurant and restrooms were. We are definitely going back!
So I’m in Ohio for work. And Im originally from Chicago “home of the best pizza.” This was better than any deep dish I’ve ever had in Chi, and I prefer thin crust so it was just that much better (i think deep dish is overrated). But yea, best pizza I’ve had in a very long time ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend to everyone reading this
Quite easily my favorite pizza place here in Lima. Store is always clean, food is always banging. Every time I try something new from there it's great. I don't eat there as often as I used to for health related issues, but this place will always be my guilty pleasure for pizza/calzones.
Fast service, thin crust pizzas and interesting toppings. We had the Hawaiian pizza and it had cinnamon on it. It was great definitely worth checking out.
A very good pizza but I think the worst service. I don't know what goes on in this restaurant but every time I'm here the people just cannot be more rude. I like to get out and eat in restaurants rather than doing doordash. Speaking of doordash one of those guys came in and the woman behind the counter barked are you doordash and he said yes in which she then proceeded to come around the counter and hand him the overpriced delicacies that were ordered from whatever customer he is now headed to their home. She did not thank him she did not say hello she did not say goodbye she did not have anything kind to say in terms of what we call hospitality and what is an industry that used to be noted for hospitality. Then they wanted to charge me $16.22 from medium pizza and I said to them did your prices go up again to which they affirmed that I was correct that they did. I am in the store every single week because I enjoy the food and I go and I patronize them in spite of the attitude. I walked out and they come bite me before I bite your pizza ever again I am not going to continue to go here a week after week if you're going to increase your prices week after week there is no justice in that. It is absurd how continually they raise their prices. And if you think I'm paying $16 for a medium pizza and being treated like I'm a dog you've got another thing coming. That doordash guy did not deserve that. None of us deserve this.
I think the Big Don Italian sub is by far the absolute best Italian sub you can get anywhere. This particular Donatos is clean, friendly staff, fast service ?. I'd eat here anytime. ?
Will never order again from there. I wanted them to chop the onions in smaller pieces due to a medical issue. They refused and said donatoes doesn't allow it . They lost my business completely
Always great food and service and u can even get your wings as all flats if u like.
We had subs. Very good! Friendly staff! Nice to see a restaurant with plenty of staff working there.
