Absolutely terrible. I ordered a Oreo ice cream cake for a birthday in my family. Everything was great until I looked at the writing. In a messily and rushed looking icing the message that I wished: "Happy Birthday Grandma" was scribbled as if a 4 year old was able to write on the cake with crayons. I understand that the employees at this business are busy and working hard but this is unacceptable. The writing shows that they do not care and are lazy about their job.
Ordered a small founders favorite cup. Got about 1\2 cup ice cream, a little fudge and some nuts. No brownie bits. Almost $5! Very disappointing. Staff seems unmotivated.
Ordered an ice cream birthday cake for my daughter online only to be called by the store the next day saying they didn't make it because they don't have their s*** together. A big thank you to Meijer for fixing a birthday that Coldstone screwd up
Hours are listed as open until 12am. However, when I attempted to place an order at 6:30 pm, I get told you are closed and calling the store I get no answer. If you aren't open, how about taking the time to update your website and list the correct hours. If you are open, how about actually being open. This isn't the first time this has occurred.
2 out of 3 of the ice creams got other ice cream mixed in it & wasn't supposed to be, which is very bad cause they don't know if a person is allergic to something or not & they mixed it with no problem & you clearly see the mixure & it wasn't just a small amount.. Then the guy doing the ice cream had a bull style nose ring in his nose, I have no problem with it elsewhere, but in this line of business, specially steady leaning over the ice cream, very unprofessional & I for one, this was my 1st time & definitely my LAST visit here, & I will speak to others about my experience
Tried to go thru the drive thru and order, the person on the speaker was rude, and kept sighing.
Great place to relax and enjoy desserts after a long day.
