Lima Chipotle SUCKS. Period. That's putting it nicely. We arrived today at 4:30 pm with our family of 3....the first person ordered and was served scraps of fat from the bottom of the pan of barbacoa, the second person was told they were bringing more. They brought back out the same pan with SCRAPS and we were told BY THE MANAGER the Barcabcoa had been STRAINED!!!! The hunks of fat [no meat] was literally what they served us and had the audacity to expect us to eat it. Never again and we will be taking this further than a Google review. That's not even sanitary.
I guess ordering on line for pick up means u can't watch them add what u actually ordered so u get ripped off. I had 2 pieces of meat in my burrito bowl...not acceptable for the price I paid!! ? I have never had a problem when I order there. Very disappointing!!
Food was great! Very friendly and efficient crew working.

As a contractor hired to complete roof repairs, I see a lot of back end operations and kitchen. What I saw and experienced on my visit to repair the roof above chipotle, was impressive to say the least. Super friendly and helpful managers and employees, amazing training protocols and cleaning routines, clean and organized kitchen. Nice job!!!
Customer service needs revisiting. We bought burrito bowls and were told they were out of lettuce. We asked if they could replace the lettuce for another item, they said no, that they would have to charge for that item. When we expressed that it was not the best show of customer service, an employee in the back started to make disrespectful comments. And to make the experience worse, when we got home and opened our meal, they served us carnitas instead of the chicken we asked for. 1/23/2022 @ 5:00pmish.
I'm from Alaska so trying this for the first time was awesome, can't get enough of it.
They were out of chips, and used aluminum foil for the tops of the bowls but the employees were so very sweet
Wilfred at the Lima, OH location is an absolute GEM! I had been on the phone 3 days straight with 1-800-CHIPOTLE trying to get my catering order cancelled with no luck and no call back. Wilfred reached out right away and graciously assisted me with my issue. I will forever go to this particular location because of the amazing help I received. Thank you, Wilfred!
