just waited almost an hour for overcooked shrimp cold broccoli and my husband not getting his complete order. so disappointed

Haven't had Captain D's in years and won't be going back please assist your pictures to what you actually serve
A lot of fast food restaurants don't have low carb options, making it difficult for anyone watching their carbs to eat out. Captain D's has some awesome options though. I ordered the blackened tilapia with 2 shrimp skewers and green beans. The total carbs came to 14. The only down side is, I asked for them to leave the rice off and the fish still came on a bed of rice. I love rice and it was a temptation I didn't need, and it was frustrating because as soon as I finished the order, I got complete silence from their end. No price. No confirmation of what I had ordered. Next time I will be sure to ask them to repeat the order back to me.
I purchased a 3 piece fish dinner with a medium drink. The dinner was supposed to have French fries and Cole slaw. There were NO fries. Just an empty area where they should have been. I had to ask for my drink at the window as the lady neglected to give it to me. Very poor service with long wait time!
The fried butterfly ship is amazing. Highly advise everyone to try it!
They are so extremely slow. They had people waiting in the reserve spots. And you look back and the line is moving but we are still waiting. If they cannot get enough help. The owner should take it upon himself to close his business for good.
The fish was way overcooked. Horrible. Its usually really good.
Ordered 2 fish n chicken was not happy the chicken look like chicken nuggets cause they was so small and fish was so thin wasent even sure if it was fish at first.Not sure why that day it was like that.other times we have ordered from there everything look great n taste great but not that day
The food was awesome you cannot go inside and sit down drive-thru only but it's well worth it awesome
