Some of the worst service I’ve experienced in a really long time.Let me start off with the fact we waited 20-25 minutes before being able to talk to a waitress/waiter to even place our order. And once we finally did that took a bit more time to get our food. When we finally got our food the fries were cold and the wings were extremely small, over cooked and I didn’t get what I asked for. We already had 3 waiters at this point and I was frustrated. A manager came up to ask how everything was and we told them the issues we were experiencing. They said they would have new wings and fries made but that was another 15 minutes before those came out. Therefore by that time we weren’t even hungry anymore. The waitress brings the new food out and said she was going to comp our meal completely which I appreciate because I didn’t want to have to ask to have it taken off considering all we’ve already experienced. However after that our waitress left and we were sure what do do from there . This visit was very confusing and not worth it .
Service sucked and food was cold and not good. Do not recommend! Person I was with had to go get her own drink and never came to ask how food was.
My daughter and I had dinner there yesterday and were excited since we hadn’t been there in 10+ years. I had the breaded chicken strips. They were so overcooked and so tough that I left all 3 of them. When we asked for the check, we waited well over 10 minutes for the check then noticed that our waiter was not actually busy working but flitting back and forth between a man and a group of ladies and gabbing and laughing with the ladies. We didn’t see this as a problem because after all waiters should be pleasant and accommodating. When he finally arrived with the check, he did apologize for the wait but he shocked us by admitting that it was because he was busy playing matchmaker between a man and a group of ladies, as if that was an acceptable excuse. I’m rating 3 stars instead of 4 because my daughter loved her boneless wings, our fried pickles were very good, our cocktails were perfect, and the atmosphere was fun overall.

They saved my birthday party. We had reservations at old barn but they where expensive and automatically put on a 20% tip.. BW3 accommodated my 20 guest NO mandatory tip even though our server was exalunt. I tipped him $45. Thank you BW3
Excellent All-American burger cooked to perfection! Server was friendly, checked in frequently but not too much, and on top of refills and things. Good lunch!
Carry-out/doordash orders are habitually disappointing. I cannot count how many times crucial side items (marinara, ranch, etc.) and even entire menu items have been paid for and not received. The food is good but you will often have to take extra initiative to make sure they fulfilled the order that you paid for.
They advertise on the door that they are closed at 12am but they closed at 11pm. We didn’t know that going in so we thought coming in at 10pm we had plenty of time to go eat and relax. When we ordered they told us that they only had the fryers open because they closed down the grill. It was only 10:15pm. So we could only get fried items. I asked around 10:30pm to get another beer, she said that the bartender already left and that wasn’t possible. Then I had asked for 15 drums of teriyaki and got 3 drums and the rest flats… VERY UNHAPPY WITH SERVICE. Will not be coming here again.
Overall good place employee was fantastic knew what she was doing w all her tables the wings were good just not up to temperature bit cold when we got them
Use to be a all time favorite normally visit every year for my birthday in a big group but this year everyone was not filling going because the quality of food now .but I also partake in the weekly traditional and boneless wing sales stopped the boneless days because they are just bread and my recent visit i decided to stop traditional they were over cooked and under sauced and also the bogo 50% is a major ? ⛔
