1 car in front of me, they wouldn't even take my order until the other car got their coffee and was pulling away. ? I would hate to see them busy

Used to love their coffee but it's overpriced. You can get a nice coffee right down the road for a third of the price. Awesome service though
They have the best frozen Carmel Marvel and now they have sugar free carmel. So yummy and the staff at both location are great.
I would like to start by saying I love the coffee here, better than the competition hands down. It’s nice to find a place I enjoy being that I’ve lived in much larger cities with a vast selection. Now for the reason for the two stars, never have I been in an establishment with more catty, rude employees. I don’t go to a coffee shop shop to be judged by my order, or for my personal appearance. I go there to get a drink that I enjoy. The past 2 times I’ve been there the whispers and and looks have been, well to put it politely, impressive for such a small city. I've grown accustomed to rudeness in Los Angeles or New York but would never expect it in a place like Lima, Ohio. There has to be a better selection of individuals to choose from for employees in this place. There are a few great people there but the ones that are not ruin it for the rest of the staff. I’ve learned to never judge one on there appearance but only by their experiences, maybe that should be a lesson to be learned there as well.
I'm always pleased with my drinks that I get from there and the price isn't bad !
