I used to love this place. I ordered a white pizza and ask for a few changes. Didn't have a issue there. When I got my food home the change I ask for was wrong. So I called explaining the issue. The employee asked me to hold and got the supervisor. I explained what had happened. She got angry with me then decided to say bring it back and she would fix it but that is not what was ordered. I was not waiting another 30min for another pizza. When I told her what I ordered is not what they did she said I was wrong and that sheade it her self.(Then learn to read.). I had the food in my presence I know how it was made. Then she decided to cuss and I in response did the same. I will not waste my money with ppl who are disrespectful when they mess up. Shame to we spend a lot of money.
Delivery was slow as heck.. my pizza and bread were burnt and cold. If it's gonna take an hour and a half for delivery don't cook my food right away. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again.. same thing happened, and they forgot all my sauces I paid for. I'll never order from there again.
Sub and pizza were always good. I love that I can pick two items for the price of one that is delicious and nice in portion.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Rude when I called to place an order. Rude when I came to the window. Rude when I called to say something about this sorry excuse for a sandwich.
Ordered an Italian sub and pizza. That was one of the Best subs I have ever had !! And the pizza is Very good also ! The pizza could have had a bit more toppings and it would have been Great !
The pizza was good. Also had the honey mustard wings which were good. A little expensive.
Isn't there a pizza place in lima that you can get a slice without buying a whole pizza. And where is the olive oil, why is the bottom never lightly crisp. Who in the world came up with the idea of bite size or cut into pieces pizza. its. My son came in with a large pizza from some place, when he opened the box it was all cut up like you would do for a child.Someone please, a pizza by the slice w/olive oil and a slightly crisp bottom
I love their 2 for 1 deal on Tuesdays.. but I hate that they took off the kitchen sink pizza.. the best one they have!!! Please please add it back to the menu.. ?
