Poor staff. Took 15 minutes to take our order. Way too long to get our food. Had to ask multiple times for drink refills, then got the wrong drinks brought to us. Then waited over 20 minutes to get our check. The waitress got our checks mixed up with another table. We have been to other locations and love it, but will never come to this location again.
I have been coming here since John open beer barrel by the movie theater and I have been ordering pretzels with extra salt and they have been great. then to night I prder the same thing and I order pretzels with extra salt and cheese the cheese is hard yellow and the pretzels barrely have salt on them and they bring me a bowel of salt to dump on the pretzels I wanted it on the pretzels so they take them back and dump it on with out re cooking them or spraying with water so it sticks and I pick the pretzel up and it all falls off what is the point and Manger has no respect and is not apologetic at all and not stand up when talk to.. so then bring Mr out these what was so hard about making it right the first time
This is the second Beer Barrel location I've been to and they are both very nice. I have only been there for lunch but had good service every time. These have become my go to place when in Lima.
Stopped to eat here but ended up having to take off before being able to try the food.
A bit pricey. But good. Bread Knott's was cold pizza was great

The atmosphere was awesome, busy but not overwhelming. The waitress was attentive and timely, we never went without. The food was great, there was a minor mixup with toppings and the draft flight order section was a little confusing, due to the menu layout it looked like you could order drafts that you actually couldn't. It is about an hour from me but when I am in the area next I am looking forward to another visit!
Came here last night for the first time. I ordered a water that tasted like dirt. I gave two stars for the decor and our waitress was polite but seemed pushy and forced us to order more quickly than we wanted. When we told her we needed more time she stood next to our table “ waiting” for us to decide. We had been sat down less than 5 min. AWKWARD.. we ordered two drinks to entice her to go away & when she brought them back I swear they had no alcohol in them. Tasted like full on cranberry juice concentrate and not ocean spray either. She again stood at the table to order so we hastily picked a pizza. GOOD GRIEF.. the GROSSEST pizza I have ever had. The sauce tasted like bland tomato purée and every square slice the topping slid right off back onto the other pieces. The crust was like chewing thick rubber. Awful. The bill came to $50 and I regretted my decision to chose this place over Texas Roadhouse even. Never again unless someone else is buying & I’ll know better to not get water or drinks or pizza . I guess in Lima people don’t get out much this explains all the 4/5 star reviews ????

They were really short handed when we went. We all work in the service industry so we get it! The ladies who served us all did well as a team. They took care of us very well for what they had to deal with. Food was good. Thanks for the visit.
