Stopped in to get a ice cream cake walked into the store an was told lobby is closed for Baskin-Robbins but if you wanted donuts the lobby was open common sense is if your going to have the lobby closed you should post it on the . So I went thur the drive thur an it took 15 mintues to get the ice cream cake very slow service bunch of kids . They tried to give me the wrong order WILL NOT BE BACK. I should of went to dairy queen for the ice cream cake

Multiple times I've attempted to place and order and everytime the are out of what I ordered. How do you expect to run a business when without stocking the items you offer? Trash.

I love their refresher drinks.(without coconut milk) They ran out of green tea, so he used black tea instead and the apple cranberry refresher(3rd photo) tasted like Christmas ? so good ?

Drive thru was the only service point available, but the staff was friendly and did their best to get customers through as quickly as possible.

Went in to get an ice cream cake for my son for his birthday. They wouldn’t write Happy Birthday on it, they said there was no room because it was already decorated. My son still wanted it, they rang it up. It came up a lower price, they changed the price to a higher price.

I'm honestly shocked always used to love Baskin Robbins but I'm done buying anything from here I got a half of a pint of ice cream had been eating out of for the past couple day's get to the bottom find a hair not much but still I've stopped eating but thinking maybe mines as I get more I noticed more hair long not just a few either highly upset will not recommend anyone that's just nasty I feel sick for even eating any of it never again
