Took more than awhile to get a bartender, and that’s with only one other person at the bar. I ordered steak tacos and they were absolutely the driest, saddest looking tacos. It was literally dry pieces of cheap steak and onions on a tortilla that came right out of the bag. No sauce, no flavor, no care at all. SAD. The overall quality of the food is poor, from top to bottom. This is NOT Mexican food in any way. I got stuffed peppers that came with ranch to dip in. They were battered and fried, but not near long enough. There was not music playing in the restaurant, but that’s probably because it would have been drowned out by the hardcore rap music blasting from the kitchen anyway. The cherry on top was paying on a handheld device and giving a tip while the server stands over your shoulder watching. Then you get to sign your name with your finger on a screen that’s absolutely covered in food and other peoples fingerprints. DISGUSTING!!! Avoid this place, no effort goes into food quality or customer experience. Taco Bell is a classier restaurant. G-R-O-S-S
We love dining at Banditos and always ask to be seated in Keith’s area. Keith is very attentive, personable and extremely polite. We always enjoy a great meal at Banditos knowing we can be in and out in an hour.
My sister and I always enjoy eating at Banditos and we ALWAYS request a Server named Keith ...even if other seating is available we will wait for one of his tables ...he is very knowledgable...helpful...personable and sweet ...he makes our dining experience much more enjoyable! We LOVE Keith ! Best Server EVER!
Food was good but waitress never checked on us so our drinks got empty.
I had my last visit to Bandidos last night. Service was terrible. I had to go retrieve my own silverware, napkins and straws. I had to ask for plates. I asked for lime and it never came. The menu has been shrunk down to basic American Mexican, I say that because the food does not have that "authentic" Mexican flavor. The food was so, so and prices were high.
We normally love to eat at this restaurant in Lima. However, tonight’s experience will keep us away for a bit. We questioned the waitress about our queso dip and were pretty sure we received the yellow not the white we asked for. I mentioned the dip when we were at checkout and I felt like the young lady at the register was not sincere with her response or attentiveness to the question. If you really don’t want to handle a negative response or situation. Then don’t ask how was everything! If you are a trainee in a soon to be assistant manager or manager. Please work on your skills with customers. I felt like you were not listening and didn’t care about a valuable customer. Due to you did not keep eye contact and were moving around as I spoke. You lost interest in my concern.In our dining experience three booths down a child was allowed to FaceTime a friend the entire time we were seated .It was rude. The volume was loud and over bearing in a dining experience . That shouldn’t be allowed by the parents or the restaurant.
Service was excellent! Waitress was checking on us regularly. Food was good! Expect to leave with your stomach packed full. I ordered a soft taco and burrito, both with ground beef. Had beans and rice on the side.
We were greeted by the Asst. Manager Our server was Taylor Normally when we eat out one of us is disappointed Not today! Our service was wonderful our food was even better. You feel at home and relaxed in this wonderful enviroment.
