They used to have the best croissants, not anymore. Egg was fake, cooked rock hard, dog would not even eat it. Minimal bacon. So then most of croissant was left uncovered and dry. Two stars are for the potato cakes.
Lately food has been very dry, not fresh and not very good. Breakfast ham is very salty, roast beef is too dry and their chicken tenders have barely any chicken in them its mostly crunchy outside.
Always go to Elida rd Arbys when I want it. Well TODAY I went through the drive thru, ordered and was told to pull around ha.. I get to the window and get told my ORDER WAS NOT TAKEN TF!!!!??? so I have to re order.. And I ask so why she tell me to pull around? Make no sense just stupid!!! Waited longer in line just for that mess!!! Ridiculous bs!!! I never experienced that before.
I called yesterday about Diablo dare chicken.they told we'll have it tomorrow so had my wife go there for lunch and got a we're sorry we didn't program it into registers yet.If someone calls don't lie to them to get them off the phone.and don't waste customers time for something you can't sell yet

I don't even bother going to the one across town, even though it's a bit closer. The staffs always been friendly, usually the foods warm and the orders correct.
Good food fast service...would definitely go back
They have people in side on day shift who don't know how to take orders I want 2 for $6 they charge me for indefigual sandwiches they for got my shake they also didn't make my other meal a combo they made me wait why they took care of other customers the new gentlemen that was a cashier was very rude.
Service was nice but getting my food was slow. Waited atleast 6 minutes for curly fries and 4 mozzarella sticks
They were busy when I pulled up thought oh my! But 5 mins in and done. I had a bunch of coupons to use for work and they were very gracious about it. Food was excellent as always.
