Worst service ever. I will not be going back or having take out again. Waited over 40 minutes after my pick up time for my food. When I received my food it is cold and the ice cream dessert was liquid. I tried to speak to a manager for an explanation and was told the manager knows you’re waiting and we are busy so……What a waste of my time and money. But thank you as this narrows down dinner options for my family moving forward.
Service was fine, Sarah was very good as the server/bartender. Place was mostly clean, men's room was rough.Unfortunately the food I ordered was blah. Ordered the chicken bacon cheddar sandwich. Chicken was overcooked and dry. The bacon was also a bit overdone. Gave me the white head of the lettuce. No sauce on the sandwich, if I had known I would've ordered mayo.Overall, a fine experience. However, food is the draw....raise your food standards.
Steak was not cooked as ordered, very tough and did not taste good. Salad was basically lettuce. The only thing that was appealing to eat was the garlic potatoes. The portions were small, and not worth 20 dollars per meal. Will not be eating at this Applebees again, we will stick to Lock Sixteen steakhouse where we typically end up with more than we can eat for less the cost and the steak there is ALWAYS amazing, so is the salad.
We walk in the door and there were maybe two other couples waiting. Then I looked around and there were so many tables empty and needed cleaned. Like nobody wanted to clean anything. The hostess was taking her time, probably hourly, so she don't care about her job. The place was filthy. Yeah it might not be your job servers but go above and beyond sometime and set an example. The Applebee's in Lima, both of them have gone down hill. That's what happens when you have kids running your stores. You'll be lucky to get my business again. You need to get rid of everybody and start over new . After I sat there for 5 min. I thought to myself how good would the food be if the dining room is this dirty. So I went to IHOP and got right in and they had clean tables.
Ordered carside to go for 645 pickup. Didn't get food until 730. Whatever, short staffed, busy night, **** happens. It's now 830 and I'm just now eating after having to drive back to get the other half of my food. Mistakes happen and i should have checked the bag, but I confirmed TWICE with the waitress that all the food was there. I just wanted to go home and eat after it took an extra 45 minutes to get food that was already cold. No one apologized for the mistake either. Never again Applebee's.
My sister and I shared 2 appetizer'sVery tasty and it was as much food as if we ordered 2 meals.Service was good and server was quite pleasant.???
Good service nice waitress, she keep checking on use to make sure if we needed drinks or really anything, we was a party of 7 n because of covid they was the one that said come in we can help u.
Was ok, we have eaten there many times before. This time my husband ordered a bourbon steak, it was so tough I had a hard time trying to cut it into pieces so he could eat it. No straws in the restaurant at all for drinks. Wasn't good at all this time
I love applebees food and come frequently with friends but I am highly dissatisfied with how the curbside pickup was handled when they messed up. I work in lima but live in Delphos, so when I got off of work I picked up my curbside order and headed home. Got home (20minute drive) and come to find out they were missing one of the entrees ordered and of course it was mine (and I'm 30 weeks pregnant and was craving my 3 cheese penne).So with it being cold and far away and late at night I had no intentions of driving back to Lima, so we called to inform them that my order was missing and that I would have my sister (who was shopping in lima and headed back to Delphos within an hour) pick it up.They asked for the receipt info and placed us on hold. Well then they asked for our name and address to send us $15 worth of coupons because if we didn't come ALL the way back with the receipt (which they can pull up on their system and see they MESSED up). IM SORRY, NO WE SPENT OUR MONEY ON FOOD THAT WE WANT TONIGHT. NOT COUPONS IN THE MAIL!!!Pathetic how this situation was handled, corporate will be called.For those thinking "you should have double checked the bag", I had got off work after a rough day and was tired and ready to get home, relax and eat and honestly I thought they could simply do their job.
Had dinner there tonight and witnessed a disgraceful situation. A teenage girl, who apparently was new dropped some cups on accident. She was trying to clean up her mess, the managers and co workers were laughing at her. Not one worker offered to help her. This particular Applebee's is ran by terrible management!
