If I could give this NONE starts I would. Stake wasn’t Cooked right, I understand probably new cooks in training, it can be fixed. THE HAIR in the fries, got me. That’s ridiculous if they are “up to par” in health conditions. It’s even more sad that a burger, turned out the way my stake was supposed to. TO TOP IT OFF, I was having a conservation with Someone I came with and the waiter, decided to turn around and stick his two sense in, and got snippy. Remember, WITH. Conversation that didn’t involve him and I did not once talk to him, he over heard us while attending to another customer. If you want good food and nice people, Applebees is not that place for you.
Make sure you check E-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g especially when ordering to go... they will tell you that everything is there and you're ready to but these clowns are 0 for 5 for getting everything on the first go. Our family submits our order than we take bets on what will be forgotten for fun now...
Prices have gone up way too much for a dirty establishment. Bathroom needed cleaned.. however the food was decent... I've definitely had better for cheaper. Nothing to brag about. Our waitress was really nice though.
Friendly & prompt accommodations for a party of 8 at 6pm. Waitress was very friendly and helpful. She was very prompt & took great care in serving Us & checking on Us. I give her a five star...wish I would have remembered her name.Food took a little longer than expected and the mashed potatoes & fries were luke warm.
My wife and I had the worst service I have ever had. Going on Saturday afternoon, we were ready for a wait. But what happened just blows me away.We walk in to see 4 people waiting. As we are standing right in front of the hostess station, being ignored by 2 employees. A group of 3 young girls walk in behind us. The hostess immediately says hi guy, how are you doing. This group came in a good 3 minutes after we did, and the hostess talks around us to them. They told the hostess, they needed a table for 3 right now. And this is when the train derailed. She wrote something on her board and said it would be a couple minutes and that they could wait in there car, she would call them. All the while we are still standing right in front of the hostess and had not been spoken to or even acknowledged we were there. Needless to say we walked out, still being ignored. My wife called to talk to the manager and got the I'm sorry they are just kids, I'll have to "coach" them. We will never be back.
Love this place ! The food was great! Waitress is very friendly got good hospitality! For now Morgan & Kat are the best waitress we pick because we just move here from Defiance Ohio to Texas then back to Lima! But! Use to go to Defiance Apple bees in years! that place is great too! Only thing BAD they have Apple bees here in Elida just minutes away from me! But! I hate that place every one who wait on us have an attitude! I love Apple bees soo even i have to drive 6 miles it’s ok as long I’m satisfied! Thank you! Your food are great totally different than one in Elida!
If only they could keep a full staff,but it is always great food in my neighborhood.
Normally I reject the idea of going to Applebee's. I always get the ribs and they are always dry and nothing on the ribs. I'm disappointed every trip. I said yes for some reason and I have to say I was surprised my ribs were good. The staff has always been friendly that has never been a problem. We go usually around 7 pm-ish and we have never had to wait but it's usually also during the week.
Ordered online no problem food good but didn't get my coleslaw always double check your order
Food was great. However, garlic juice was overwhelming and spilled over our clothes. A little over the top. We also received no utensils or plates. We are visiting at a hotel.I give it a 8.5 out of 10.Great customer service.
