My grandson's love the chicken rings we were in Lancaster a couple weeks ago and that was the 1st time they had them so when we we're home in Zanesville and we had them at an appointment and afterwards we asked them what they wanted and they said chicken rings and we told them that we don't have them here and they said all man they were upset about it so we had to go back to Lancaster this past Monday April 18th 2022 and when we asked them what they wanted they said that they didn't want anything and I told them that they could get chicken rings and they were really excited about that and said we want chicken rings the only thing is we got 2-6 pieces and a medium fries and it was $18.¿¿ that is super high I mean my daughter and I got our food from Applebee's and ours was $23.¿¿ for the both of us she had the chicken wrap and I had a crispy chicken salad and I got a dessert so I think that they are to high on their items I remember when a white castle sandwich was .15 cents each

Well, this home town favourite for me. Since I live where they're isnt any White Castles. If you're also in this predicament. Neva buy the frozen varieties on storeThey're just simply a huge disappointment. Nuffin like having them for real, so I did truly enjoy mine and I went thru the drive thru...
This is White Castle….. but I tell you what you get exactly what you expect when coming here. They were short staffed and the line was backed up. They did an amazing job and was very friendly. Nothing beats a good slider and Lancaster White Castle is by far the fastest getting your food out.
Line is always really long. Service is typically not paying attention. They ask you to repeat almost everything you say and they're attitudes directly reflect the non paying attention. Aside from that the food is always hot and fresh except the fries. The fries usually taste old or freezer burnt.
The food was great, fresh and hot. The gentleman that took our order in the drive thru however was extremely rude. But we enjoyed our dinner and will still continue to go there. ?
I tasted my first White Castle burgers here in Lancaster, Ohio... and I was not disappointed! I have heard of these lil sliders for awhile and I finally got to try them. Delicious!! The staff did seem aggravated by the cash register system, but my service did not suffer. Thank you for a great experience.

Takes a few minutes to get through the line but as always food is good the milkshakes are amazing and their cheesecake bites are awesome
