I went to McDonald's and nobody came across the speaker so I went down the street to this Wendy's where I can easily go to and I got me a number 6 spicy chicken sandwich it was delicious hello expensive but I was working the money soon as I pulled in a gentleman on the speaker said hey look in the windies be back with you in just a second within a minute he came back and I ordered my food pull up to the drive-thru awesome service got good food and I left. But there is a problem I want another spicy chicken sandwich it was good I went there about 3:34 this afternoon I don't know about any other times of the day but is a good spicy chicken sandwich good fries good drink and on top of it I use my dollar key chain and got me a chocolate little Frosty to go with my meal that was dessert it was good thank you Wendy
I just want to say that the gentleman working on 04/07/2022 around 8:15pm at the lancaster, Ohio location off memorial drive is an amazing person. I went and got all my kids frosty's and fries then realized I forgot my wallet. I told them I'd be right back then he said "don't worry about it, its on me" so to whoever you are thank you sir ?
Ordered bacon and cheese potato it looks really old. Bacon was burnt and the cheese was like rubber. I wouldn't recommend to no one. Worst Wendy's I ever been to. And the fries wad cold
Inside service very slow. Staff seems to be confused on what to do. My order was wrong and waited 20 minutes for $7 meal I paid $15 for. Very disappointed ☹️☹️
I ordered a hamburger no pickle, no lettuce. I got to the window took my bag. Had to go back through the line. I told him hamburger no pickles, no lettuce. I got cheese on my burger. I was on my way to Dayton. I couldn't spend anymore time in the parking lot. I did see a manager as I was pulling out. She told me to come back when I have the the time. So thank you. The dark haired girl was very rude.
Went through drive through because inside is closed go figure. Got double cheese burger mustard and pickles only. Didn’t have a my mustard on it just pickles. Also ordered large chili specifically asked if spoon was in bag. She said yes sir with confidence. Went to eat it where I hacked to pick someone up. Guess what no spoon. All these fast food places at ex beginning to be such a joke.
Burgers were perfect and the fries were hot. Friendly staff and the restaurant is clean.
Line was moving fast, food was hot, fries were fresh. The lady at the window, Kim, was super nice! Will definitely be back!
Ok so I went inside to eat.Order a Dave's single, no pickle no mayo.Get hamburger and it has pickle and mayo and warm and dried out.Guess there is no fresh made burgers and anymore.The virus special made in advanced in large quantities then put into the universal holding bins and away we go selling old nasty at a high price.Most likely I would have been better with a hamburger from speedway.At least I could microwave it and have a hot burger.Talking to management is a waste of time, rude, brain dead people.
Picked up dinner for myself and kids. After eating quite a bit of it I noticed it tasted funny and realized there was molded cheese all through the salad. Called the restaurant and spoke with the manager. I told her the situation and she asked if I had the receipt and I advised her I did. She then proceeds to ask if I want something else and I say absolutely not. I told her I had taken pics and asked for the corporate number. She stated she didn’t have it because they’re a franchise. Then said to present my receipt when I came in for a refund. I go back present my receipt she asks to see the pics and says it’s probably just blue cheese. I show her and she says ooooo that’s not blue cheese. I can assure you I know the difference between mold and blue cheese but mmmk. Long story short I do not recommend that Wendy’s and if you must ALWAYS check your food
