We were going to eat in another town. But there was a power outage, so we ate in Lancaster. We both had chicken. I really enjoyed. Very busy, but service was awesome.

First and last time here. Never got creamer for my coffee that I asked for. When the server came to check on our food we told her it was wrong and cold she said “ sorry we are short staffed. People called off” and walked away. when I went to pay my bill the cashier didn’t speak to me. I told her this was the worst experience and she still said nothing. Good luck going in there.

Just a good 'ol diner with great food and great service. I can only assume that some of the negative reviews regarding this restaurant were left by people that didn't really do any research to understand that this is a hometown greasy spoon, not some hipster place in the Short North in Columbus. Simmer down.
