Just spent 28 min in drive thru to get to next in line to get my food, watched lady pay and get her food. Here's the issue she sat there and had a 6 min conversation before pulling away, fyi this was at 8-830 am there were cars inline to main st.... And to the elderly lady that yelled at me thru the window, I know you were the cause of the whole thing. Maybe I shouldn't have expected much from someone your age working in fast food.

Gee, I see some negative reviews here yet the line is always long when I get my morning coffee and grub. Shout out to the crew that works the mornings on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays! You are all awesome, and when my order gets messed up (things happen, stop acting like the world is perfect) they make sure to correct it. For example, they didn't have enough hash browns for my order, however they made sure give me a donut of my choosing to replace the hash brown I paid for on the app. Easy and simple, no temper tantrums involved. Thanks again and keep up the great work.

Second time in the past month we ordered a French Vanilla Cappuccino and it was terrible. Like “somewhat chocolate water” basically. Save your money and use the one on Memorial Drive. The service is decent and the people are nice but the product isn’t Tim Hortons. Not even close.

Paid with my app as I do every day at least once to twice a day. Went to the drive-through to pick up my oatmeal and coffee. I was notified that they did not have oatmeal. Which is totally acceptable. I completely understand that especially with shortages nowadays. I was running late for an appointment and the lady asked if I wanted a refund.
