I witnessed a supervisor on second shift screaming at a coworker that seems like had mental issues. Not only was it extremely unprofessional to scream at someone like that but in front of customers. I just can’t believe that Tim Hortons would hire someone like that. I don’t know the whole situation but no one deserves to be screamed at like that especially when it’s clear they have mental issues and especially not by a supervisor. It was utterly disgusting.

The ol lady LOVES "TIMMYS"In my book they can do almost everything that the other $$$ place does. Notice I DIDN'T give them any free advertisement...LOL. Always great coffee and fresh doughnuts. O yes and those wonderful folks at the New Albany location that take your order are the best! They just need to "smile" a little. Hey..."smiling is part of the ol lady's daily routine (big smile y'all)

I had gotten a egg and cheese bagel a week ago and it was delicious, got one today and it was old .The eggs were starting to turn green. It smelled liked old eggs that were in the refrigerator.Just my luck.

Normally fast and courteous. On my last visit their speaker wasn't working. They kept calm and collected.

Coffee made wrong almost every time employees are rude don’t waste your time here

Since the renovation, the inside is really nice. The person who took my order yesterday in the morning was very rude. She acted like it was an imposition to take my order and pounded on the key board like she didn't want to be there. I cannot recall being treated so badly in such a long time. With what prices are, I could not even get one refill on a fountain drink. I do not plan to go there again for quite some time, if ever.

I have tried to spend my money at this Tim Horton’s many times, but I’ve been turned away because I can’t wear a mask, and their drive thru is about as slow as the White Castle on Morse Rd was in the middle of the night before they were shut down. I happened to be right next door and walked over to order a coffee and some Timbits for my kids when I was told that they’re closed inside. At this point, I had been standing at the counter watching all 8 of the employees standing around and chatting for about 2 or 3 minutes, and 2 of them were asking to be sent home by their manage (I assume) who was telling someone else to go home because he was arguing with him. This manager told me they were closed inside and wouldn’t sell me anything. He directed me to the drive thru that had a characteristically long line all the way around the building, and I proceeded to drive away. How can so many businesses be short staffed and willing but unable to serve customers, and you have a surplus of labor and are inconveniencing people who would gladly pay you to not only stay in business, but would increase your profits while you’re unnecessarily paying for employees to stand around?

Goood coffee, ok tim bits since it was afternoon, not fresh.

Chase and Daija we're so much help very friendly and fast service

Another restaurant that I don't really particularly care for myself but I also do not care for for doordash orders I no longer take doordash orders from Tim Hortons too long of a wait
