While visiting Lancaster I was fortunate to find The Well. The atmosphere and space were really joyful, cozy with wonderfully eclectic touches. The staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. I had a bowl with spicy hummus, tofu, rice, carrots, etc (I believe it was called the spicy buffalo bowl) and the Spice of the Earth Smoothie. The spicy buffalo bowl was amazing, a nice mix of items, very tasty, and filling. The smoothie was pretty good too. The food was prepared quickly (the smoothie took quite a bit longer - in my case it was over 10 minutes after the food was completed). I will definitely go back and highly recommend!

Excellent food. Nice family environment with a jungle gym for kids inside. Photo of fat busting bowl!

I am not a vegetarian, my son is and told me The Well is one of the best vegetarian places to eat bar none.He took me there and he was right. It was one of the best lunches I have ever had!I recommend eating here regardless of whether your a vegetarian or not.

Excellent tasty, healthy, and filling food. Menu is specific about ingredients so diabetic friend could make easy choices. Great atmosphere and kind attentive service.

I was in love the moment I walked in. The atmosphere is perfect. The menu was exciting and my smoothie was delicious. I can’t wait to go back!

I so want to like this place. It has beautiful, trendy decor. But every time I come here the food is a little bit more odd than I know what to do with and the place smells weird. It is almost trendy to a fault to the point that the food doesn't taste very good or has strange ingredients that don't make sense. For example, the sushi bowl had no sushi in it. And for $13, it's not worth it to be disappointed. Like I said, I want to like this place so much. I appreciate their effort to make healthy food, but I think they should still include some standard ingredients, like raw fish in a sushi bowl.

One of my favorite places in Lancaster downtown to get food for lunch! Healthy and satisfying! I also love that they change their menu every season to stick with foods that are in season. If you haven't checked this place out it is a must!

Went in for 1 thing but bought 2 different items multiple of one. The buckeye bars are AMAZING!!! Careful your gonna want more than one. I even plan on going back to buy a whole pan worth here soon.

I am sincerely shocked that anyone would leave less than 5 stars for this place! If I could bring it to Gahanna we would eat here every day. I don’t have the adjectives to describe my feelings about the experience.1. The interior is warm, welcoming and spacious. It is well decorated, the restroom was clean and the staff was both friendly and knowledgeable.2. The food arrived quickly. As you can see it was beautiful to look at and even better to eat! The flavors are true to the menu listing. I enjoyed the Sushi Bowl and my husband had the Nourishing Bowl. We substituted red quinoa for the rice. My husband added avocado to his bowl.3. The desserts are VEGAN! ?? The buckeye bar has honey so it’s vegetarian. But Omgg I am in heaven. We’re willing to drive the 45 minutes just to eat here again.

Literally this is the best place to eat in Lancaster. I’d go as far as to say this is better than you can eat even in Columbus. Honestly whatever, I think it’s the best place I’ve ever eaten EVER. and I live 2 minutes from it. I’m not even exaggerating this is top tier level food. I’m mostly plant based and to have food THIS good in Lancaster is a miracle. Consistent, amazing ingredients, the atmosphere is just 10/10. All of the beverages, the espresso, the desserts omg just wow. I love the well so much . I can not express enough. I can order a bowl and it will keep me full alllllll day, so filling. Thank you guys for existing . (I also read a review that orders are “always wrong”… I’ve been going for years and have only had my order be wrong once and it was a new worker. And it was completely fixed and it was not a big deal. So that’s just blatantly not true)
