Not sure about the food lately but the website says the dining room is open until 10PM son Sunday’s and drivethru open until 1:00AM. Went to the Taco Bell to go through the drive thru Sunday June 12, 2022 at 9:37PM and the drive thru lights/signs we’re turned off and I was turned away. Doors to dining room locked. If Taco Bell is going to change its hours, it could at the very least make a sign with an taco sauce and a napkin. Not be rude and yell we are closed through an intercom almost four and a half hours before your posted closing time on the drive thru and 23 minutes before the posted dining room time.
I was greeted politely by the lady at the front register. The other workers seemed to be keeping busy to meet demands of the drive thru and dine in orders.The dining area was clean, too.I prefer this location over others in my 40mile proximity.
We don't have a car and throughout the whole pandemic we ordered a lot of taco bell through doordash and we still do, this location is amazing. 99% of the time our order is accurate and is actually placed in the bag, here and there items were left out or it had ingredients that were requested to be omitted but everyone makes mistakes. Taco bell is one of the only places that actually does get our order right in Lancaster, and there's time we may have to wait 40 minutes or more but they are absolutely doing their best with the amount of employees they have had.
As soon as I walked in the door I was promptly stopped by an associate telling me they were closed and that he wasn't sure how I got in, in the first place. He did however choose to allow me to place my to-go order. Which by the way ended up being one of the single best quesadilla I have ever purchased from this VERY popular restaurant chain.
The drive through is extremely slow but they have seemed to have gotten better at getting everything in the bag and not forgetting things the past few times we have been here.
This place it's self is just fine, the quality of taco bell has just gone down. The beans are too runny and so is the meat...I do appreciate the addition of the dollar menu...much needed since McDonald's done away with thiers ..the dollar stuff really isn't too bad...ya know what, I'm changing this to 4 stars!
So even with the vaccine & multiple other solutions, this store only takes drive thru orders. Some people can’t drive through or maybe some don’t have a car. Those who walk or myself, being a truck driver who can’t just drive thru. Thanks for making me walk all the way over just so I can turn back around. That’s the most frustrating thing ever and it’s gone on way too long.
You could drive the one in Canal, order, get it, and come back to this one before you would even get through the drive through. Dining room? Has been closed since 2020. Service is good but the wait is insane some days.
The line is always out to the road and takes at least 45 minutes to go through. If you do Door Dash, DO NOT ACCEPT AN ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. It is NOT worth the time or money. It’s ridiculous
