HOLY MOLY!!! The drive thru girl was awesome!!! Confirmed my online orser (nobody has EVER done that before... ) received my drink immediately, and i got napkins and she was extremely pleasant!!Short staffed just like everyone else I just wish they could take the time to give napkins, and receipts... I shouldn't HAVE to ask for them...
It does not matter if you go to the shoreway drive location or East main Street it seems as though Taco Bell is having issues keeping employees on payroll and the ones that are working you can clearly tell our being overworked and most likely underpaid but the ones that do keep around you can tell the senior employees over others because they try to maintain an upbeat atmosphere regardless would have given a higher rating but no matter which location you go to there's always an extremely excruciating painful wait time after 9:00 p.m.
Come on guys! Your service is and has been subpar...wrap your food please!! So frustrating when you are checking your bag making sure everything is there and you find multiple tacos falling out. Also, why is the bottom of my bag soaked the moment you pass it through the window? Lastly, you can see that workers are touching condiments and wrappers with their dirty (gloved) hands. Come on Taco Bell! I enjoy the food but this location lacks on the customer service sometimes. You never know how things are going to go when eating here. Some staff are super nice but there's a few workers that have this negative vibe to them...I don't believe the customer is always right but dang, the moment you start talking to these certain employees it makes you question whether you made the right decision to stop and eat at this location.
Memorial drive taco bell customer service rocks!! They were swamped and still tried their best to get my meal together and as fast as they could!! They had no help!!! Good job girls you truly are amazing!
Pulled up, second car in line. Didn't move for about 15 minutes. Got to speaker, silence for 10 or 12 minutes. Pulled away. Drove across town to get food and saw the same cars still in line 20 minutes later. No idea why they're serving 1 car at a time. Saw 5 people working, 4 of which were standing at the drive thru register laughing and playing around.
This is an average rating of my experiences at Taco Bell through the years. My favorite location is the one on Pontiac in Janesville, WI. That is a 4.5-5 star location in my opinion.
One star is too kind. We waited 21 minutes inside for our order, when there was no line at all. It was a small order as well, and they even said it was being made like 3 times. Then, the cook was talking and joking around with the cashier the whole time he was making it. We ate the food (different things) and the tacos my husband got were cold, like it wasn’t even cooked. My husband got very sick that night, and all he ate previously was the (cold) Tacos. He spent the whole night & next day vomiting as well!! DO NOT EAT HERE unless you want food poisoning. This is not the first experience I know of people getting food poisoning AT THIS LOCATION!
Waited in line at drive thru over 30 min to get my order I placed on their app. Got the wrong drink & my burrito wasn't wrapped properly & queso cheese was all over the outside of burrito.
Order was correct, food was hot and good BUT...no cutlery, sauce, straw, or napkins.
The worst I sat in line for over a hour lastnight. I door dash on the side after work and sat there for a hour I could of made close to 100 dollars If I could of just got the food and went but no I had to sit there for over a hour. While the one lady that was taking the orders stood there and done nothing but talk. Not to mention they messed up on the order. So lady from taco bell if you have a line to the road and a hour wait time here a thought shut up and help the other employees instead of standing around talking.
