Honestly some of the best pizza I've ever had but there hour are complete nonsense good luck getting delivery unless you plan and wait half the day just to call at a specific hour or else you will be to late and turned down they don't deliver til 3 and are now closing at 4 so I guess I'm never getting sugar bears delivered again love the pizza but that's the only thing I love about them i low-key hate the places hours and they should just remove delivery in general if they're just going to make it impossible to actually get something delivered.
Called today around 2:00 to place an order for pick-up at 5:15. Arrived early at 4:50. knowing we were early. What we ordered were just being made, no problem. We were early. When the order was done. They "lost"one of our pizzas, so we had to wait while they made a new one. It is now 5:30.when that pizza was done, one of the staff,picked up both of our pizzas and gave them to another person! A manager ran outside to the park ing lot and stopped them.She got them out of the trunk of this person car and brought the pizzas back inside and just handed them to us. Does anyone else see a health code violation here? She only apologized for our wait which by now its 5:45. After we got home and called to complain, they finally agreed to a refund. Seriously BAD customer service not to mention a health code violation. NOT ever going back!!!
A deep hunger grew in me as Ive grown tired of all the other places to eat in town. So I decided to give this place a try. I ordered the chef salad and a pepperoni, mushroom and sausage pizza. Saying the pizza was pure perfection isnt giving it enough credit. I tasted the food of the Gods. I give the salad a try. My body was overcome with pure ecstasy. Each bite was sinking my teeth into pure bliss. I will never order from any other pizza place again. You have my forever business.
So I haven't been to Sugar Bears in over 3 years, what happened to their pizza???The pizza was under cooked and chewy. I ordered the Lou al, plenty of pineapple and cheese but I didn't get the ham until I hit the center, also the pizza was ice cold. The side salad had only one bite of tomato and tiny bit of cheese. When I lived in Lancaster Sugar Bears was the only place that I bought my pizza. What happened ? ? ?
This is a great place to buy pizza, pasta and subs. The price is right. The food is fantastic. Be careful when entering the parking lot. If you drive a longer vehicle park along the river. Usually their time estimates are accurate. Typically food is well prepared. If you get a busy signal just call back. Very good place for a great meal at a good price. Support local organizations-buy a candy bar at the counter.
Best pizza in town! Only issue is the very unusual hours for a pizza shop. Close at 7pm… which I feel like 7-9 is when most people order pizza.
Seriously the best pizza in the world. Nothing compares to Sugar Bears ❤️ Such sweet and yummy sauce! I usually crave Sugar Bears on Monday’s when they are closed ? that’s my only complaint ?
Pizza was great. Staff are friendly. But beware, on weekend nights it can take over an hour for your pizza to be ready for pickup
