I visit Starbucks quite often and get the same drink every time.After the last two visits of my order being wrong I said I wouldn’t come back to this location. They clearly aren’t what they used to be.I came back today thinking it would be different. Very specific and simple with my order low and behold it was wrong and taste like watered down unsweetened tea.So I asked if they could remake it with a different espresso maybe that’s the difference? Wrong.So I said can you make it with regular ristretto espresso? When it comes out it looks and taste the same . The last time I was here I asked for the same drink and it was wrong. Pics below . I feel like a drama queen complaining over here but how tough is it anymore ? Espresso should taste bold and strong. Not like a lonely cold mud puddle .With a lack of quality on your end and frustration trying to understand why it’s wrong in a long line on my end I just left. And God knows I won’t be back.The pic on the left are from today. The pic on the right is from a previous day. The cup with the straw on the right is what it should look like . You probably can’t notice much of a difference so I’ll be more dramatic. The other 3 tasted like what you’d imagine a week old cup of toilet water would taste like.
Great tasting coffee and sandwiches, if you're out and need a little snack with your coffee, id recommend stopping here. However only if you don't mind waiting about 3 minutes on avg at the window.
Coffee wasn't hot barely warm, they add too much sweeteners & milks/creams. Employees looked greasy & very unprofessional. Managers were having a meeting & instead of putting binders on the table or near by table they were on the floor where they could've easily been slipped on... Starbucks is where you go for coffee beverages above the rest, & expect the employees to play the part & be proud to be lucky enough to serve the coffee better than the rest, but they just looked grimmy. Like they hadn't showered for days, rolled out of bed & went to work. The coffee had no pride in it's making, over sweetened, over creamed and not even filled to the top. It was like drinking heavy cream sweetened with syrup. I would not recommend this location... I paid $15 for 2 coffees that were undrinkable!!!
Lobby randomly closed at times, forcing you wait in the drive thru line (which reliably is 20-30 cars long at all time), for online orders that at other locations you could run in and pick up in 30 seconds.
super good, friendly service. don't listen to these douchebag haters that just wanna complain because they want everyone else to be miserable like them. It's Starbucks, a good drink takes time to make so if u want a microwaved cup of sludge bcuz u simply don't have the time to enjoy a perfectly crafted cup of deliciousness then go somewhere else.
I really like to drive through but due to staffing they've only been being open till 6:00 p.m. seems to be that way everywhere not just Starbucks also my favorite drink there is the dragon drink made with coconut milk and lots and lots of extra berries it's the best with chocolate croissant or a double bacon egg and cheese
The drinks are 5 star. Roanna makes the tastiest fraps ever. Only downside is waiting in line that's always long
