Worst coffee ever! Will never go back! Rude also, asked for the largest coffee and girl said something about Trenta? 30??? 30ml? 30oz? 30 beans? NO! Just no! I want a extra large coffee!

The staff was very helpful and served up an excellent Chai tea latte with skim milk. I usually don't come to this Starbucks since it is on the other side of town for me, but, I had an appointment on this side of town. I like both of the Starbucks in the Kroger stores and also in the Target store. I have not visited just the Starbucks yet, but I will.

This particular Starbucks has a great staff. Yes there are times there is a wait (staff in training, large orders being placed, etc.), but patience pays off when you're getting your caffeine fix!
Starbucks, kroger east main...So usually the drinks taste good and the service is OK from most employees.... BUT my 2 daughters and I was helped by EMILY today! She is very knowledgeable and answered a couple questions I had. Both my daughters said it was THE BEST caramel ribbon crunch and I know for a fact mine was the best tasting keto drink I've had! On top of drink making skills, her customer service was the best I've experienced at ANY starbucks. SO, THANK YOU EMILY & KEEP DOING YOUR THING!
