Just visited on June 17th for lunch. The food came out super fast. My sandwich was cold along with the bacon on it. It went in the trash. The other meal was a jumbo popcorn chicken. It was cold I think the chicken was still alive. I heard faint clucking coming from the bag. Those were also fed to the trash bandits. The only thing that was not screwed up was the lemonade and the sprite plus the mozzarella sticks were hot. That was the only food that was. I forgot the BBQ sauce packet and the marinara packet was perfect. The next I want to waste 21.45 I will just put it in my gas tank. Thank for the horrible food SONIC keep up the good work.
Went 3 separate times over last few months and none of my experiences were worth it. Waited 20-30 minutes first time on food and had extra some stuff missing others. Order was a disaster. Showed up and had lots blocked off with chairs. Slushies weren’t even mixed and guy at window had no idea what slushee had what in it. Don’t plan on going back after so many chances
Honestly worst restaurant ever not even playing they messed up my order and would not fix it they also forgot all my my sauce and I asked if I could have all my sauces and they refused to then they wanted to say that it’s not there fault it wasn’t in the bag it’s ours like how does that make since I’m not the one in there bagging that’s pathetic they would not give me a refund if we being honest everything they did and how they acted they was all in the wrong I work for fast food and I would never treat somebody how they treated me today so if you are seeing this do not come here it’s terrible.
Everything was wrong. Took over a 1/2 hour from ordering to actually getting the food. Well at least the food would be hot right? WRONG. Horrible place. Really need to shut this place down
It has improved with the new ownership, but the place could use a face-lift. This place looks so much more ran down than it should. The food is good and the staff is friendly. They still need improvement, but give this place a try and I'm sure you will enjoy it.
Went to this sonic at 10 P.M. on a Saturday. Online said they were open until 11 P.M. There were 2 people working inside that looked like they were just standing there. I called and the girl said they were closed. Not sure if it was just workers trying to be lazy or if the hours have changed. Would be nice if the hours online reflected what they actually were.
If I could rate it 0 stars, I would. This Sonic is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. The workers close the store early, hours before it’s supposed to. The cool thing about Sonic is that they have stalls that you can pull up and order in, except this one. This one puts chairs in the stalls so cars can not pull in, forcing them to go through the drive thru that takes 30+ minutes every time. The management is horrible. Do not go, the food is always cold, and it will take your whole evening. It is a waste of time.
Disgusting that they don't follow servesafe procedures. Touching raw meat and then not washing hands before making other food. The appearance on the outside is trashed. Management sucks. And there is one manager that worker there with her brother and sister on the same shift and all three don't do anything ?. Very disappointed
Had two orders today one for a client and one for me.. we were the only people in line and it took a good while to get our food. it was around 930am all our food was cold my clients drink was mostly ice and mine tasted like watered down sprite...it should of been a strawberry lemonade.... We have had such bad luck with this place last few month.
Gave me wrong order. Refused to make it right. Called corporate to get my money refunded. Hey there owner I have called that number probably 10 times I have yet to get a refund. Today I was put on a brief hold that ended up being 18 minutes and was then disconnected. Called back. This time the woman who barn spoke English told me. The local store had to issue a refund. Any more ideas??
