Drove here from Wv since we don't have one here anymore...3 hours to get food...was like how I remembered it tasting awesome..fries were not great..the twisty ones..but BBC an mushroom melt was awesome..as for the service...what a joke..slow an counter was sticky..it took them 15 mins to make 4 sandwiches an 2 fries an 2 drinks..the inside was empty..I understand no straws ketchup etc being not out out due to covid..but tables were filthy..the area with the napkins where the ketchup pump use to be the top part of it was still there an it was so old that it had mold growing on it..carpets were so filthy from not being shampoos etc..we left an ate in our car..won't be back to this location...wish they wld reopen a rax back in morgantown...it wld make a killing here

Rax was the go to fast food as a kid. Sadly, they have mostly been shut down and supplanted by the far inferior Arby’s. Passing nearby Lancaster I went to check this one out and relive the Rax experience. It still holds up, exactly like I remember. Wish these were still around my hometown

The food was great. Service was excellent. Bathrooms Not so good, No way to dry off your hands after using the restroom.

There used to be Rax all over the place when I was a kid. This has to be one of the last ones around. They used to be way better than Arby's. I was sad that they all went away. I just so happened to visit a friend of mine and he suggested we go here. I was excited to have their food after 20 some odd years. Sorry to say I was sorely disappointed. The sandwich wasn't even hot enough to melt the cheese and there were hardly any mushrooms on it. The mushroom melt sandwich used to be my favorite from them. Now... not so much. No wonder they've gone the way of the dinosaur.

The customer service is non existing. They don't check the orders going out.we had ordered off doordash and got the completely wrong order. They are lucky we don't have food allergies because they gave us a mushroom melt instead of a king rax. We called the store and whoever we spoke to was completely unprofessional. Customer service is about trying to fix the issue instead of blowing it off. The guy we spoke to could care less and just made excuses. Nothing was fixed and I really hope they get it together.

Ordered through doordash. They always forget something. Ordered king rax, 6pc cheese stick with ranch, and 2 large twisty fries with cheese cup for each one. Instead I received a mushroom melt. Good thing I'm not allergic . Two baked potatoes and a twisty fry. How do you mess up that bad. Called rax manager said it was doordashs fault. And said there was nothing he could do. He needs to take customer service class . You fix the situation regardless whose fault it is. You dont bypass it and not appear apologetic. My last time ordering this. I used to be a manager in fast food. You fix regardless and always sincerely apologize.

One of the few places left of this franchise. I love the childhood memories and the food is great (just like when I was a kid!) Building is a little outdated but the staff and food make up for it.

Better than Arby's no question. Rax regular roast beef sandwich tastes better, has more meat than Arby's, and cost's 12% less (Rax 2 for 10, Arby's 2 for $12). Rax is 5-minutes further away for me, but still my choice.

Stopped to get some of their amazing cheesesticks and ended up with something i could have gotten at a grocery store.. Falsely advertising that they still have the same cheesesticks when in fact they arent worth what i had to pay for them..

Food was great but i was not impressed with the customer service in the drive through. Get off your cell phone and pay attention to your job please.
