Service sucked. Waited a good 5min before ordering bc she had to count a nightshift drawer. (No problem with that, but became a problem bc she was so rude and rushed she didn't want to listen to order, that i clarified at least 3 times. )Misunderstood order and became ' very unpolite'.putting nicely) She truly screwed up, when tried to verify order she didn't want to listen. Then ask about the order after order she had handed us the order that was not correct and became a major B attitude.Seemed to be having a bad day bc she was complaining about the manager during lunch rush to back staff, apparently too much frustration with management.
Went through the drive thru tonight because I'd been busy and needed a quick meal for my boys. It's the end of the month so I didn't even order myself anything to save money. Leslie was the girl that took our order and then blessed my kids with a free meal. I'm truly greatful for her act of kindness more than she knows. The boys were very happy too ☺️they said the food was very good and they've the best fries!
OMG that lady was so nice. !!!! My card wouldn't work so she just gave me my food for free. The babies were screaming and it was my last 20 on that card anyhow and idk why it wouldn't work but it's like she knew. She was a blessing for sure. God is good.
Worst chicken sandwich I’ve ever had in my entire life. The bun and the meat were both ROCK HARD, I asked for ranch and got nothing in the bag, and my funnel fries were barely filled. There were about 10 funnel fries in my container if even that. Will not be coming back to this rally’s and honestly don’t think I’ll ever be going to another rally’s again. Horrendous.
1st time my wife had Rally's. Food was really good and wife really enjoyed. Customer service was excellent.We'll be stopping there again on our way thru.
For about last 6 months or a little longer I can't get or I mean wait that long for food. Twice I've been told they are restocking, 3 times I've pulled out of line 1 time stood at the window for 20 minutes no order. I love big bufords but it has been a long time I've had one.
This place is generally slow. Get in line to get a doordash order, with only one car in front of me. I ended up waiting 30 minutes. Employees aren't the greatest either. I'd advise not going during rush hours.
last 3 times i went through i’ve been missing items they don’t give a receipts to you or they give something you didn’t even order… call them and they won’t answer, went through the line again and showed them my bank system since i haven’t been getting a receipt and they always say there’s nothing they can do about it, might as well shut down at this point and the workers are soooo rude.
My truck doesn’t fit through the drive thru. No sign saying drive thru only walk up to window to order and said we can’t serve walk ups. We should be able to give 0 stars
Rally Burgers are always a good choice along with the mozzarella cheese sticks.
