The server acted like we were an inconvenience to her coming into eat. She was very short with us. We got salads that were NOT good at all, but being hungry and NOT wanting pizza a salad would have been better if it was treated like they make the pizza. If you offer other other items on your menu at a pizza shop the quality of food should be good all the way around.
Pizza was really good. Allot of toppings but a little light on the sauce. Was able to get extra sauce though. My husband and I got a large and had a little less than half a pizza left.
Same woman singing again. She was better this time. I liked how they added a tuba and the trombone to the band. Kinda drowns her out. I think they may have cut her mic. You couldn't hear her at all. It really helped.
Didn't really like the place. The pizza was not the greatest. Went there after bowling and I will never go back. The waiter was really nice.
Pizza Crossing turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. The dining room is surprisingly well laid out & comfortable. The only negative as far as the dining room goes is the lay out of the doors. As patrons walk in, the dining area is flooded with a blast of cold air. They need to open up the door where the cash register is located. We ordered a small chef salad, Italian sub, & pep & cheese pizza. Everything was delicious! And the small chef salad was huge & could easily have been split between two people. And it was loaded with toppings! The Italian sub & pizza was just as good. The pizza is loaded with perfectly crispy pepperoni. And our server, and I apologize for forgetting the young man's name, was excellent at his job. He was very friendly & attentive.Overall it was a great experience. We will definitely be dining here again.
This place was FANTASTIC! Clean, excellent service and hot, fresh, tasty and AMAZING food! Had the best baked fries ever, and a sausage/pepperoni pizza which was just perfect! Go there now and enjoy!

I called this location on November 23rd to see if they had seating room for a group of 12 on December 11th. I was told they would hold tables for us. They took my name and phone number and I assumed all would be fine. My family celebrate Christmas every year in Lancaster as it is a happy middle point for all of us. My husband and I and our two youngest kids drove 2.5 hours to get there, and 3 of our adult children and their kids drove between an hour and 1.5 hours to get there. At 11 am on Saturday morning we arrived and were met with a closed business. I completely understand staffing shortages, it is the way of the world right now, but good business sense would have been to call someone who planned on having tables at a certain time. I reached out to the company through facebook and while they were quick to respond they offered no real apology and stated they haven't been doing parties for over a year. Not being from the area we didn't know what else was around, but luckily found something open that could accommodate all of us.
I ordered the lunch pizza and salad. The salad was huge and good. The pizza was exceptional. Very good value for the price.
The all the way pizza ? is the best pizza I've had in all of Ohio.
