I absolutely LOVE P.S. However was disappointed the last time I was there. Called ahead and placed my order via phone. I even paid over the phone so I could just walk in and pick it up and go. I didn't have time to wait. They told me it would be ready in 15 minutes over the phone. So I arrive and it wasn't even thought about. I had to reorder my food and waited forever. Then I eat it on my way to work. Once I got to my employer, I had an upset stomach. I think their food was spoiled or something. I also noticed one of the employees look like they woke her up to go out and help. She was so slow and lethargic.
Was really craving a cheesesteak sub but instead I got a scrawny sandwich with hardly any meat! And it didn’t even taste like steak?!? Wasn’t worth my time, money or calories!!!! Not happy!!!The staff was friendly on a good note.
Love their fries and their friendly service. One of my favorite spots!
Sub on a salad. It was so good I went back the next day for another. The staff was friendly and worked to get the orders correct.
Incredible! Called ahead. Was already on my way. They said 15 minutes, had it done in 7 minutes. The staff was very friendly. The establishment looked clean!I thoroughly enjoyed the classic Italian! Perfect meat to veggie ratio. It was phenomenal! And the large fries topped it off! They were just like fair fries! My husband enjoyed his Cheese steak eating every last bite.I would definitely recommend dinning here. And we will be back for sure!
Friendly service, comfortable atmosphere, food is fresh and delicious. Better than any fast food joint.
Good food and good service. Was worth the wait. No tea or ice that day so Soda was warm. I will definitely go back.
Very good staff very good food awesomely fresh fries here you have to try it out for yourself
There was no meat on my sandwich just cut up tiny slivers of meat, not on piece of meat just tiny scraps for a 15 dollar sub, won't return also the place is not clean!
Went for lunch today while in Lancaster on business. Normally go to Penn Station in Columbus. Always had good food and service, but today in Lancaster the food was not great and the ice ran out. I let them know that the ice was empty in the machine and I over heard an employee or owner stating that he cannot spend $30 a day for ice. (Machine must have been broken), but they sure took my money for the tea without letting me know no ice. Just saying.
