Love Panera Bread. I always get the same thing but that is why go there. I visited the Panera in Lancaster, Ohio. The nice thing about this one, it has a big parking area in the back.
The service and food quality vary each time we go in. I look for consistency in my food. You don't always get a warm greeting when you come in. Usually have to clean your own table. I think 3 stars might be pushing the realms. Try it for yourself and make your own conclusions.
haven’t had panera in awhile. i love the change in menu. soup we had was amazing and so was ate smoothie
I'm not sure if it was more recent and due to shortages or if it has always been that I can only afford a half sandwich at P. Bread (aka the St. Louis Bread Company). That being said, it was delicious food and soup, but I'm not sure I want to pay $10+ for a 6" sandwich...Tried the new Chicken BBQ and was not disappointed with the taste.
We had the flat bread pizza. I think they made a mistake with the sauce, but other then that everything else was good. I especially love the chocolate croissant and the bear claws.
The food here has never disappointed us. The Turkey Chilli is my go to. My wife usually gets a pick 2 with the Turkey avocado sandwich and a green goddess salad. Don't forget the desserts, the chocolate croissants are really good. I personally love the breads here.
My grilled cheese was honestly terrible. I give them 3 stars because they were nice and the place was clean.
May be one of the dirtiest restaurants I've been to. Tables had trash on them, the floor was gross and the back of my son's seat was covered in food. We love Panera but this location has gradually gotten dirtier. We don't even come anymore but tonight I thought I'd give it another try and it was terrible. The food also isn't as good and the waits are so long. I can get past the wait time if my food is good. That's just not the case here, I waited 22 minutes for Mac n cheese that was cold when I got it. Was not worth the $30 (a pick 2 and a kids meal with drinks) for my 3 year old and I to eat.
Very good food most of the time orders ready to go when I get there all around good staff
No gluten free options....unless you want a cold salad or turkey chili....when I asked staff to cancel my order. And explained it wasn't their fault. I said....you ladies have a nice day.....they just stood there looking at me...I continued to stand and look at them until one said you too? Customer service??????
