Ordered online for take out. Checkin was easy and quick. Food came out and was not missing anything. Cold food was cold and hot food was still hot and that's with a 30 minute drive back home. Food was wonderful but the lasagna in the tour of Italy looked a little small in height. Its taller when I get it in the restaurant and that's not because it slid off its layers either. Just seemed like the server was better dining in vs takeout. The tour of Italy is my go to but this is the first time I ordered it doing take out. The stuffed shells with shrimp were awesome. The salads were customized and everything was on point. The additional fettuccine already that was bought for take home was nice. The sauce was separate from the noodles which was great.
Person taking order didn't speak English well, took credit card #, and told me it had been declined. I told her that there must have been an error, that it shouldn't have been declined. She just kept insisting that it was declined. We asked for extra Romano cheese, but was told that everything we needed for both our Salad and entree was in a small, sugar-sized packet. Food was okay; service, not so much. Won't do Curbside again.
Love the consistency and quality of the food. No matter what state I'm in, every Olive Garden Restaurant delivers the same great service in food and customer service. Yes, it is a chain restaurant and you can find higher end Italian food, but if you just want "relatively " fast food that still offers good quality food for your hard earned money. This is a good place to go. Rhea our server was a very a very efficient and friendly person to wait on us today.
Great food and we had a great server. I had the egg plant and it was delicious. The salad was fantastic and of course amazing breadsticks. I highly recommend this place.
Olive garden is awesome as always and our waitress was excellent so much food for the price u end up having 3 or 4 meals afterwards for leftovers
Food is always good at this place. Our poor waiter was having a rough night.. either that or he was high, lol! My only gripe is that I overheard the staff talking about how they had cut all of their cooks early. It took a good while for our entree to come out, but the appetizer was super quick to the table!
Do you like salad? We got a ten to twelve inch bowl of salad about 4 inches deep, WOW it was Delicious. And the shrimp scampi was extremely as delicious also. I am looking forward to going often. Also, the waitress was very pleasant and helpful.
This place is nice and clean. The wait staff gave us a 10 minute wait time on the phone and wouldn't add us to the wait list, then when we checked in 5 minutes later and it was an hour wait. The food was as expected. For what Olive Garden serves they did it right once we sat down.
Great customer service, the first time in an Italian restaurant, but they made sure we got tasty food, helped us pick the menu, I enjoyed everything we were guided to pick
Great place and great food. Service was amazing. Sat and enjoyed food with my date for hours getting to know each other. Now a wonderful memory
