Manager would not come address issue when asked he was to busy and sent a child to talk for him. Wouldn’t give name and will not pick up phone
Every time I order a Carmel Frappa I tell them I want XX-CARMEL and they never do it and yes they charge me for it and the last 2 times I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with nothing on them and when I got home both times 1st off they were cold and 2nd 1 of them had cheese and I don't eat cheese and the other 1 it had lettuce and mayonnaise on it and I don't like mayonnaise I always bring them home and put Miracle Whip and thick sliced tomatoes on them that is why I order them plain I tell them I only want the chicken on a bun and also the bun was burnt on 1 of them I don't pay almost $4.00 for a sandwich that I can't even eat when I get home unless I have some buns to remake it but if that is the case I can buy the chicken at the store cheaper and fix them myself
Better food than the one on Memorial. Did a great job today on all of our food. Keep it up! Went smooth ton being first in line, second at the pay window, and first at the window to receive my food. Their teamwork was amazing. Very friendly also. A++++++++ Thanks! God bless & be safe!
I went at 11 p.m and there wasn't a long wait or anything the only thing is they had all three of my small fries dumped in the bottom of the bag and the sandwiches looked like a toddler made them up! Too much ketchup, mustard, pickles! Everything was slopped together.
I tried to use the mobile app again and had issues. Finally went through the drive thru and initially was given the wrong order. At some point, the girl asked me to pull forward but I didn't hear her so when another lady brought my order, told me something to the affect they would pull my order the next time bc I refused to pull forward? Seriously? I had to ask her 3 times to repeat herself so shouldn't that give you a clue there was a communication issue?!!??
They are usually fast and efficient. Should check order to make sure you got everything you ordered.
The Fish sandwich gave my daughter food poisoning! We won't be [email protected] McDonald's, called and made them aware of this. BEWARE?
I am so displeased with this restaurant right now spend 30 bucks and have to go back because the fry's were cold and gross then get even worse fry's my daughter's happyeals we're skimpy and my bigac was supposed to be no middle bun..customer service by the girl at second window was rude and not apologizing for the wait or fact I had to drive back at allWorst experience at a fast food restaurant I have had and the phone won't go through to talk to a manager.. disappointed right now won't ever go back here
I come to this establishment all the time. Today however I seemed to be invisible. 3 employees passed me and looked at me before one decided to see if I was waiting on something. He then poured new coffee and creamer over my old coffee & then decided to give me the cup with creamer running down the side of it.Thanks for the cold coffee and the creamer on the side. I guess they don't teach what that means in training class. I work in the food industry so I know how difficult it is but this is just basic stuff.
