Had the worse experience with the manager Wayne. I will never ever go back to this place. Three nights ago we went through the drive thru and ordered two peps and two stuffed cheese bread. We were told it would be 15 mins for the bread to be done to pull up. The lady next to us was waiting but she was the only other one there. 45 minutes later the lady starts getting upset after waiting a long longer then us and goes in to complain. We decided to go back around the drive thru and sure enough it was ready and just sitting there. I was like okay with it… then I came back today to get my fiancé dinner. I didn’t want food but he was hungry so we stopped in the drive thru and got a pizza and the bread again… we were told it would be 10 mins. No body was there. They definitely were not understaffed. They asked us to pull up so I did. 20 mins later I’m tired of waiting and had a feeling it was ready and just sitting there so I was upset and went inside for a refund. The employees were like “the food is right here” it was sitting on the counter not even in a heat warmer. I said no thank you that I just wanted my money back. They insisted I keep the pizza along with a refund for the inconvenience and I insisted not to but they convinced me… apparently I was waiting on the manger Wayne who was sitting in his car smoking. He came in with the BIGGEST attitude ever. Started saying I wanted free food. But no. I just wanted my money back. He began to refuse to give me my money back so I got upset and said “so I can’t have my money back?!” And he had an attitude saying that I was not waiting that long. I told him it wasn’t the first time and I definitely was not going to wait another hour like the last time and I just wanted my money back so we can take our business elsewhere. Well…. Finally I get my money back very upset for the fact he thought I was trying to “get something free” when in reality I didn’t want there not so hot and ready pizza. I don’t know the name of his employee but he was the ONLY nice one there. And the mangers wife had a huge problem about this situation. I am going to call cooperate tomorrow. And they definitely were not understaffed.
This location is always a nightmare. Making people wait an hour for a simple pepperoni and cheese pizza (ordered ahead of time online!) after waiting forever in the drive thru line?? Avoid this place like the plague! Employees are always beyond rude on top of them being extremely slow!
Rude service. They never have anything hot and ready, never. I stopped going here for about a year because the service was always bad and there was always a wait. I tried again today and was told nothing ready and 20 minute wait. I told them that always happens and the man said "So." Seriously??? I said I probably won't come back and then he says "Fine, we don't need you. We'll be fine without you." Okay, keep that up and see how long you stay in business.
Pointless to call or order ahead if we still have to wait in line behind people that just ordered to get their food. Should have a worker waiting at the door handing out online & call aheads. Sauce has been too spicy and put on too thick last few times and not much pepperoni or cheese on pizzas
I ordered a pizza an hour in advance via the app and had the pick up time set for 7:00pm. I arrived to the parking lot and once it was 7pm, I walked to the lobby and the door was locked with a sign saying the lobby was closed. I went through the drive thru to get my pre-ordered pizza and the woman at the drive-thru told me that my pizza was not ready yet and it would take another 30 to 45 minutes. How unfortunate! What's the point of ordering in advance if the pizza wouldn't be available until almost 2 hours later?Also I don't blame the employees, it's poor management and a lousy franchisee. Customers probably get vicious with the employees which in turn causes them to be bitter.
False advertising, their hot n ready is far from their sloganI waited half hour last time I was there. Had to pull back thru drive thru. They had forgotten they pulled me forward! Horrible service.
Normally it’s very nice and convenient to go to but for some reason their lobby wasn’t open. Ordered online and was told pizza would be ready in 10 minutes. Ended up taking 30 minutes just to get to the window to get my pizza. The pizza itself is a bit burnt but I’m mainly upset about the wait time. Why order online to skip the line if you have to wait to get the prepaid order?
Always have hot pizzas ready to go! Very friendly and a nice restaurant.
My kids love this place. The food is cheap & yummy. The pretty girl working the drive thru tonight (11/13/21) is the sweetest she made my rough night better with a sweet compliment! I always have had nice employees ?
Little Caesars on North memorial drive in Lancaster I pull up here for a doordash order and they say it just came in their system it'll be about 15 to 20 minutes an hour and a half later I'm still waiting as I watch the employees come out to the front with 10 cars sitting there waiting for their food and smoke on a vape very unprofessional and I would like to let them know that they cost me at least $40 because I get paid by the order not by the hour thank God the lady gave us a really nice tip but these people need to be fired I say and I really don't give reviews like it's very often you can look there's a few these ones really deserve it
