While waiting too pick up in drive-thru, the truck in front of us was communicating with some girl that was or must have been on break or getting off of work. I know she was an employee of KFC, due to her yelling too her coworkers like 3times too give these ppl in the truck in front of us her employee discount.....rude! When we got up too the window, they didn't have all of what we ordered so I agreed to take something else within our order, then got home with our order it didn't taste right and the condiments that I specifically asked for was not inside my order. Also I couldn't find my receipt!
Every time I go to this KFC the chicken tastes like it's been under a light all day. It's never fresh. What the heck?!??
They were super kind and extremely fast. Large family meal and 20 pieces of chicken out in less than 60 seconds! Kudos to the team here. Keep up the fantastic work!
terrible customer service w/ no answering phone calls, didnt provide receipt, the beyond chicken was.. beyond burnt. cant even call to just ask what happened..
Got the Chicken pot pie, very good and fresh.
We did not recieve all the food we were supposed to get. We didn't get the biscuits that come with the 16pc meal, also only got 2 of the 4 fries that were ordered. The sandwiches didn't come as advertised on the website either. Instead of coming with pickels and mayo, my spicy chicken sandwich came with bun, chicken, and the smallest amount of the spicy sauce as possible to give it a slight burn while chewing.The only saving grace was the food that we did get was really tasty. I also didn't have to wait for my food, as soon as I walked in they called my name to say it was ready to go.
Hard to get into no napkin no butter no honey no forks we must be caveman but on a good note the man at the window was very nice also it would be nice if the menu was before you order your food
Long drive thru line. Not a long wait though. Good and accurate order.
I've had good & bad, for awhe we kept gettin stiffed on butter & honey. Now the foods good but if u have to make ur own gravy wen u get home & all u have is mayb a cups worth from the restaurant somethins wrong. Dont get me wrong the food is always good but each order always has somethin wrong.
This location has the most helpful staff and they always are hustling. One of my favorite places to pick up orders at.
